What a place, what an experiance!

Gratzia and Nicola are the perfect hosts and perfect couple. They welcomed us so warmly when we arrived and instructed us through every step of the cheese making process. While english is not their first language and Italian is not ours, Google translate filled the gaps. Please make sure you go here if you are in the area as it will give you a much better understanding of the traditions of cheese making and the quality of the cheese products you consume.
