Local walks in Kokubunji are a pleasure with the Nogawa river and O Tak’s no Michi. Fresh water running alongside farms and tall trees with old buildings farms fresh veg on sale a cafe with a large deck two temple areas and fish in the river. I go here regularly.

You will see it along the walk. Very nice to cool off n a summer day, and signs said there are fireflies living in the river so I bet on summer nights it's quite the scene.
