7年前にオープンした、東村山市が運営する公益施設です。東村山駅の西口にある、ワンズタワー2階と3階にあって、健康増進やくつろぎ、市民の交流が主な目的の施設で、さまざまな催し物が行われています。参加もそれぞれ比較的安価に設定されています。

駅直結のマンションの下層階にあり、市の窓口やスポーツジム、飲食店やスーパーなどが入っています。駐車場はありませんでした。

ちょっとした証明や手続きをするのに混んだ市役所で順番を待つことを考えたら、便利この上ありません。ただ、係の人は暇そうで、効率やコストを考えたら、いかがなものかとは考えてしまいました。

西武新宿線東村山駅に隣接するビル内にある公共施設です。書店やラーメンチェーン店がある２階と、その上の３階にあります。観光案内所は併設されていないようでした。
