A 15 mins train ride away from Shinjuku station. Beautiful and clean stadium, but not much other attraction around the stadium. Watched a concert here, but will prefer to watch it at the Nissan stadium at Yokohama as the layout and space is more suitable...More

The stadium is a little out of town, there are some direct trains from Shinjuku or you need to change at Chofu, but it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. The stadium is an easy 10 minute walk in a straight line from Tobitakyu station....More

I didn't find any answers so I'm going yo go early to scope out the area myself. Would be huge surprise if there are no places to watch sport in the neighbourhood and a definite business opportunity for the 2019 World Cup!
