Reyna is an amazing chef and generous host. Her recipes were easy to follow and we all learned a lot about traditional Zapotecan cooking. Highly recommend spending the day with her to get a real insight into the culture.
Reyna is super nice and a gracious host and ambassador for her community. Her home is beautiful and it was amazing to learn how to use the metate and toast the corn on the clay comal. Her sister was also helping in the kitchen so...More
