I visited these gardens as part of a tour with Great Rail Discoveries. The gardens can be enjoyed at any time of year. The variety of planting and overall design is a joy. Fortunately there is transport available for those of us with reduced mobility. However, I found that GRJ did not advise me at any time that their tour... More

It's an amazing tour! It's the biggest garden of Italy and it has the most wonderful species of flowers and trees, with all kind of colors! You can chose to make this tour by walk, train or bike, according with your skills and desires.

Unusual (for Italy) and very beautiful gardens not far from Verona and Lake Garda. These are very large - 60 hectares/ 150 acres, laid out around 1800 to imitate a great English garden of the time, with rolling parkland-type lawns and views as well as colourful plantings, formal ponds, specimen trees, shrubs, etc. There is a Dotto train that gives... The gardens are very nice well maintained, there is a variety of both plants and locations: statues, garden maze, farm animals, ponds, colorful flowers and trees. We took a golf cart so we enjoyed the gardens with a personal gps guide (the cart's tablet) and the kids enjoyed the attractions and the ride. Took us two hours.

This park is absolutely stunning, and covers a huge area. Recommend hiring a golf buggy at 18 euros an hour.

We got there on our daily tour along the Mincio River. it was a warm day so we took the local garden train trip. the scene is very nice but we assume that on the spring it would be breathtaking, at some point there is a nice panorama to the Mincio , we ended the visit not before the children... We visited the Gardens on the recommendation of the hotel we stayed at, and loved it! We parked at the free parking point (around 500m down the road) and could have taken the free shuttle bus parking to entrance. However, having read that we could take our own bikes in for free, we did this, avoiding the temptation to hire... More

Beautifull and big park, worth visiting if you have the time. In the beginning I thought it was Just a huge soccerfield with some plants. The further you go in the prettier it gets. Nice waterparties en beautifull flowers. I think we were a bit late in the year, a lot of flowers weren't in Bloom, but didn't mind. The... More

We don't understand any of the poorer reviews for Sigurta. Unless they just didn't enjoy beautiful gardens? A fantastic day. So the golf buggy is a bit pricey, you but on a sunny summers day it is worth it. You may never visit again. The girls have classed this as the best day of the holiday - and they are... More
