About
The Park is the ideal place to spend a day amidst luxuriant nature. Immerse yourself in the 600,000 square metres of green lawns and ancient woods. Enjoy the panoramas from the rolling hills, explore the maze and feast your eyes on the colourful displays of seasonal flowers. These and much more besides go to make up the natural marvels of the gardens that make for an unforgettable day out at the Park. The garden changes its appearance from season to season: in spring you enjoy the wonderful display of the million tulips of the celebrated “Tulip mania” period: the greatest flowering of tulips in the whole of southern Europe; in summer visitors can enjoy the refreshing shade of the boughs of age-old trees and admire the flowering ornamental water-gardens, while autumn has its own seasonal flowerings to be enjoyed among the vivid colours of trees’ foliage. For the kids the Educational Farm is an absolute must.

Not worth the entrence price
Aug 2021
Actually we were very disappointed. Yes, the park is extensive and it's kept well, but the price is ridiculous high. 14 EUR per adult for a garden you may see elsewhere maybe even for free. Furthermore the prices for beverages (if it is open) are as well much higher than the average. I understand that in Italy this may be something special, but offer it for a fair price. If you have some special exhibition etc. you may charge an extra. Honestly I felt robbed. My recommendation: Spend your money elsewhere in the area.

Heaven on Earth
Sep 2020
I will never forget the day I spent here with my parents and my grandparents, a day in which I stuffed my face and filled my heart with colourful flowers, ancient trees and cute animals (first and foremost the squirrel!) The part which touched me the most was the cemetery of the dogs which belonged to Carlo Sigurtà, which reminded me how much I love dogs.

Extensive and well kept, yet they closed all refreshment points without informing us
Aug 2020
The park is fairly big and generally well-maintained, so even if there is nothing special in there, the park overall is a beautiful place to spend some hours and it is worth a visit. Nonetheless, the day we visited they closed all restoration points without even informing us at the entrance, so that I came in with my family and we remained without water along the whole trip around the park, which is quite long if you have small children with you. This is truly ridiculous and disappointing. The only bar was open at the entrance, so that you could only get something to drink or to eat by making your way back to the starting point. Embarrassing! Moreover, there are so many "park cars" all around, to the effect that if you like to walk, you can't do it safely as cars will constantly push you to stop at the border of the street and wait for them to proceed. This is ridiculous as well: one might get to a park exactly to escape from cars and all those city things, right? These two elements ruined our experience completely. Definitely ridiculous and non-smart management.

A Glorious Garden !
Oct 2019
We boarded the 'train' (3.50 Euros), which took us on a non stop panoramic route, passing the Park's most famous features.
Then we walked back leisurely to those particular locations which especially caught our interest; the Water Gardens, the Avenue of Roses, the Stone of Eternal Youth and the Maze !.
At the time of our visit the Park was a feast of autumn colours, together with dahlias, asters and late flowering annuals.
It was a delightful morning !!

NOT TO BE MISSED!!!
Sep 2019 • Couples
I rate this as top 3 of all attractions in Lake Garda, possibly best Gardens I’ve ever seen.

We went in late September and chose to walk and there was only handful of people in entire park.
I’m not sure how I feel about allowing golf buggies to drive around as there was only one couple using one and it didn’t spoil our walk but maybe it is an issue during busy periods. There was only one boring long sections at the start I would gladly have had one and perhaps section after deer park down left side of gardens - else the rest was a nice walk with so many interesting things to see and smell and hear.

I guess if you have small kids or people unwilling or unable to walk any distance the buggy and ebike are useful options.

A lot of street parking nearby is restricted to 60 or 90 mins. We found an underground supermarket carpark just about 100m up road opposite entrance which was free and unlimited time.

Nice pastime in Valeggio
Sep 2019 • Family
There are more special parks in Europe, but it is a nice park and a good pastime with children as you can rent golf carts to visit it.

Just the best experience
Sep 2019
Beautiful gardens, lakes and views. We took the Dotto train around and it was an excellent and cheap half an hour. My wife is in a wheelchair so we then pushed to all of the key points to look at them again in our own time. Lovely time of year with some trees leaves starting to turn Golden. Many people took the small electric golf style buggies. If you have an opportunity to visit don't miss it.

We took a taxi from Sirmione. It costs about €48 each way. Best taxi was on +39030916082 from an English based phone.

Family Outing
Aug 2019
We hired a cart to go around this park but to be honest if you're interested in gardens the most interesting parts are well within walking distance of the entrance. If you prefer wilder area or want to see animals then those sections are a good distance away - too far for my lazy children. With the cart we got to see all parts of the garden in about an hour, it would have been closer to 2 hours without. If I was to go back I'd leave the cart and just travel as far as the lilly pond, because it's ornamental plants that interest me the most.

Aug 2019 • Family
Very well maintained, activities and sightseeing for the whole family, full of trees and flowers and large grass areas.
We took a golf car and we spend 2hours to go around the hole park.Children love it a lot.
The only thing is that is a bit expensive

The most beautiful place — allow lots of time!
Aug 2019
Beautifully laid out gardens full of variety — water features, sculpture, imaginative flower borders.
The train ride round is useful to identify what you want to go back and explore but too fast to really take everything in — also rather bumpy and commentary had totally unnecessary musical accompaniment!
The shop and cafe are a bit limited.
Upgrade these 3 issues and the attraction would definitely merit an ‘excellent’ rating.
The place is huge and the availability of ‘golf buggies’ was a nice touch. Walkers need to watch out for them though.

Kind visitor thanks for the review. We only point out that visitors on foot can also walk on lawns. We look forward to seeing you again at Parco Giardino Sigurtà.
