Very nice small village to walk by, it's mainly 2-3 streets by the river. It's a nice walk, maybe dine in one of the restaurants and... That's it... Wouldn't come here especially for the village but it can be combined with another activity as Parco Sigurta.

Shortly, it is worthy to visit. Very nice cafes and restaurant around narrow streets. Borghetto, a frazione with the Ponte Visconteo ("Visconti Bridge"), a fortified dam built in 1393 by Gian Galeazzo Visconti, Duke of Milan. The bridge is 650 m long

It's beautiful and it's now wonder it has become such a popular attraction. However, for me it was too crowded and touristy.

A small historical town which is full of tourist shops and restaurants. Can walk around the whole village in 20-30 mins. Everything is geared towards tourists which ruins the historical sites really. A short climb to the castle is worthwhile and views across countryside are stunning . Lots of car parking available. Cobbled streets so wear trainers rather than flip... More

We spent there few hours in the morning on a day tour along the Mincio from Garda lake to Mantova. the village has an excellent location on the river just to sit in one of the restaurants or coffeehouses and enjoy.

This is one of the places you must have seen if you stay in the lake Garda area. Just like drawn and taken out of a romantic italian movie this little village is worth visiting. Walking arround, making photos, having a nice dinner - phantastic.

We came here for lunch after visiting the nearby Sigurta Gardens. Beautiful little village on the river, with a variety of bars and restaurants. We were enticed by the look of a small Osteria Il Borgo Dei Templari which is not riverside and as such, nowhere near as busy as other restaurants. The food was superb and the service and... More

Nice small touristic village on the Mincio near to Valeggio. if you bike along the river from Peschiera to Mantova, you will definitively stop there and get a refreshing breeze and some drink on the water.

Quite a large group of us booked tables in advance and enjoyed typical Italian cooking and wine, with excellent service. They were happy to split the bill individually and accepted my Euro card.
