Hands down, the absolute best day I had in Sardinia was sharing it with Claudio and Bea at Sardinia Slow Experience. It started with a ceramics workshop led by Mario, a 4th generation ceramicist deep in the Sardinian countryside. I got to share this with a Polish family who was on holiday. From there, we went to the farm where Claudio and Bea live and the owner there hosted a magnificent homemade meal for myself and a group of young Dutch travelers. Lunch came complete with Italian accordion music and a yellow lab that slept at my feet (yay since I'm missing my doggie at home who's also a yellow lab). We tasted multiple homemade liqueurs, including a special one made from Pompia, a local citrus fruit. After a rest, the day continued with a tour past a number of small coastal towns, including the gorgeous Santa Lucia, as well as a stop at Claudio's mother's bakery. The whole thing was paradise for me...a true Roads Less Traveled Italy experience!

One of our best days in Sardinia. We spent most of the day with Claudio and Bea in their charming sun bathed farm house. Not only we had an amazing time making pasta and eating delicious food, tasting various cheeses and other home made delicacies and home made wine, we also felt we made new friends with this very charming and passionate couple. We also went to a tradition à cheese making factory where we met with Augusto, a highly skilled cheese maker doing this for generations. Our 8 year also had a blast throughout the day and both Claudio and Bea went out of their way to give us the best possible experience.
I was mostly impressed while speaking with Claudio by the high level of engagement at various levels in promoting local food cultures and traditions as a part of the slow food movement.
I would highly recommend Sardinia slow experience for a real Sardinia experience.
Thank you again Claudio and Bea!

We had an amazing Sardinian slow experience with Claudio who kindly accommodated us out of season for a special birthday celebration. This was by far the highlight of our trip I would recommend to anyone visiting Sardinia. You learn so much about the history and culture of Sardinia that you would have otherwise missed out on elsewhere. Claudio and his wife are amazing hosts that make you feel instantly comfortable as if you have been friends for a very long time and added sweet little touches for my birthday. We visited his parents bakery and learned all about the traditional carasatu bread and the rare pompia fruit in all its many forms, followed by a traditional ceramic factory visit and aperitif food and wine tasting in a vineyard. 10/10 I cannot praise this experience enough you have to experience it for yourself. Thank you very much for everything!!

A wonderful cruise organization and magical views. I recommend it! The fridge and beach umbrella were very useful. The bar and toilets are only on the Cala Luna beach. There were 12 people on the pontoon, additionally a skipper. The beach on Cala Luna is very crowded, I recommend going there in the morning. We were at 3 p.m. and it was a very tiring 2h in the crowds and the noise. Cala Mariolu was definitely less crowded. You absolutely need water shoes because the stones are terrible!

This was one of the best boat trips we have ever participated. Enzo is a great host, capitain and cook. The boat is climatic is renovated and has all neccesary amenities. Also the small size of the grop guarantees almost exclusive experience. Beautiful sights, great snorkling and beach experience, perfect - home made - food and drinks. It was a great day and money well spend. We strongly recommend it.

Fantastic people, beautiful place and delicious food. This is how Sardinian Slow Experience can be described in one sentence. We recommend culinary workshops to everyone. You can learn a lot about the history, culture and flavors of Sardinia. Time spent with Beata and Claudio is going too fast, so we will do everything to get back to them !!! We recommend 100%.

This was my first experience doing a pasta making class. We had an fantastic time. Claudio was very welcoming and funny. He made the experience! It wasnt just pasta making, he cooked with us, drank with us, we had a very fun time. The lady who showed us the skills was lovely, she was very patient with the people who couldn’t pick up the skills as quick. They both made us feel very at home and welcomed. We would 100% recommend this, it was an incredible experience, it was very good for the money. Thank you claudio🫶🏼

Claudio was the best tour guide. We were on a cruise where we stopped at different ports every day. We experienced many tour guides but Claudio was the best. We was friendly, informative and fun. He was good with whatever we wanted to do and it was a great day. Highly recommend!!
