We stayed at Hotel Sotelia. The rooms are really comfortable and clean, the tunnels to the pools and spa are a godsend and overall the whole complex is above standard.
What it is lacking is the service staff, which can be snobbish, especially if you're not a Western European foreigner. The cleaning staff in the rooms were extra kind, one server in the restaurant also, but the lounge bar and front desk have a lot of work to do. And this is coming for someone with a decade of hospitality experience.

I have been visiting this place more than once and it was always great. Modern and clean environment. Great for a relaxing time with many different activities which are offered through out the day.
One negative point was the staff at the bar in olimia ( black haired women called Ivana) who has been extremely rude.
All in all I recommend the place. It is not the personal which make this terme so beautiful.
Also the hotel breza is to be recommended. Calm place and great breakfast and dinner.
We will come back

The slides are poorly maintained and have really rough edges that cut your back. The staff (not all but most) would rather have a great time discussing all the latest news by the table rather than operate slides, and when asked to do so would reply by stating "there is no demand". Also there are no partial refunds if the park closes preemptively, due to bad weather so make sure you come only on the sunniest day possible. I'd keep that in mind however I doubt I'll return. For 15€ I can get a better experience in nearly every other waterpark that exists in the country.

First of all we would like to thank you for choosing to visit Aquapark Aqualuna even though our service wasnt up to your standard during your visit.
We do truly apologize for every inconvenice you have encountered, we wish we can make all of our visitors feel as comfortable as possible in our Aquapark and knowing we did not suceed in your case makes as very dissapointed.

Disappointment.
Family fun in Termailja-
the water is TOO COLD, the doors are open everywhere so that you are really cold when you step out of the water.
Queues, huge queues at lunch (1 hour standing in line) draft+extremely small portions+
BORED STAFF
Pools peeling? Visibly worn and in need of thorough restoration.
Dirty changing rooms (feminine hygiene pads stuck to the walls)
The toilets are completely flooded - we can only guess whether it is water or urine...
BAR IN THE WATER-
great idea, but the staff is completely uninterested in work, aggressive approach, the lady with blue eyes who worked yesterday, 21/08/2022 is really worth pointing out. Rolling her eyes when ordering ice cream and blowing her nose for no reason? This kind of worker is for a bar in the village, not for the complex as represented by Terme Olimje.
I highly doubt we'll br back.

It was an excellent, enjoyable weekend. Everything nice and clean, personnel extra kinde. It was our first visit and we booked termalija relax pool which it was a mistake, because if you have small childrens you should definetely go for termalija family fun - I mean, we still enjoyed but just for info. We will definitelly go again 😊

We have visited therme Olimia couple of times up until the Covid pandemic and I found this was a very nice, clean and tranquil place to go for sauna, spa and thermal bath experience.
Wishing for the same relaxing expirience we visited again this April, however we encountered quite a disapointing surprise.
The staff was not at all interested in informing about all offers included in the Orhidelia tikcket package, the hygiene standards seem not to exist here anymore.
Upon entering the locker room area, on the floor, there was litteraly a pile of human feces right next to the changing rooms, people steped in it and traces transferred to the pool area.
Worst part is that the feces where there at the same spot few hours later when we were going home. Nobody bothered to clean it. Two of the pools had large clumps of hair and brown residue on the pool bottom.
Very dissapoinitng and unacceptable. This was a sad experience.

We were here several times already, and it was always nice, but we didn't visit for the past 2 years.
On our last visit it April 2022, we were shocked with the negative experience!
At the reception, very slow and uninterested lady took our money and let us in. Veeery slooowly.
We wanted a nicer experience and chose Orhidelia, oh how wrong we were.
Upon entering the locker room area, on the floor, litteraly a pile of human feces. A pile of human feces, right there on the floor, next to the changing room. This was enough to ruin our whole experience there, because we didn't know where else we might encounter a similar suprise. Worst part is that the feces where there at the same spot 7 hours later when we were going home. Nobody bothered to clean it. Next to it also, a biggest clump of human hair I have ever seen.
Hygiene does not exist in Olimia any more. A sad sad experience.

Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. The staff is highly qualified and very friendly, the apartment was super clean and well equipped and the best part are the underground hallways connecting all hotels and pools. We had breakfast at hotel Breza, where there is something delicius for everyone. It was an amazing weekend, we will surely return.

We went us 4 plus my mother in law. It was early april, degrees close to 0, no sun. It was simply great. From staying, across the swimming and fun areas to the food. We stayed at the Rosa aparthotel, which is connected to the Thermalia and Orhidelia swimming and spa area. If you are staying as couple, I would recommend Orhidelia spa centre, if going with family - Thermalia is definitely the place to visit. Large wardrobes, showers, toilletes, dinning areas, lots of toweldeckers, aqua bar and a great fast-food restaurant for in between swimming meals - reachable directly from the Family fun object. There is also a tranquility zone for breastfeeding mothers, indoor Baby beach with sand for toddlers, separated pool for elders, outdoor swimming areas reachable from indor pools, etc. Furthermore, surroundings offers lots of jogging and walk paths, visiting Jelenov greben, Čokoladnica and Samostan Olimije is also recommendable. The only thing on the down side that I can remember is that there is only one elevator for the entire Rosa aparthotel, which makes it a bit difficult to get it during rush hours. They will see us again.

Per le famiglie con bambini consigliamo assolutamente Termalija Family wellness per tutta la famiglia (nella parte Termalia Family Fun inoltre labirinto di piscine a vostra disposizione si sono un cinema 7D, sala giochi multimediale interattiva, parco giochi Oliland, piscina per i bambini con la sabbiera, stanze per l’allattamento e per il cambio, molte aree di riposo ). Hotel Sotelia e hotel Breza sono collegati tramite un passaggio sotterraneo con il Wellness Orhidelia e piscinel Family wellness Termalija.
Sarà un grande piacere di averla come nostri ospiti.

C'è una differenza tra il numero delle entrate per gli ospiti dell'hotel, ospiti giornalieri e gli ospiti che prendono un supplemento per Orhidelia o Termlalija. Ciao, io e il mio compagno vorremmo trascorrere una giornata alle terme Olimia il 31 dicembre. Vorrei sapere se il prezzo dell'ingresso giornaliero è lo stesso di quello di un qualsiasi altro martedì dell'anno oppure il prezzo è quello dei giorni di vacanza.
Inoltre, è necessario prenotare prima oppure si paga direttamente presentandosi alle terme il giorno stesso?

Termalija Relax fino 17.00; Termalija Family Fun fino 15.00
Wellness Orhidelia fino 17.00. Il prezzo è abituale perche questo giorno non è una vacanza o un fine settimana solo che i centri non sono aperti tutto il giorno a causa della festa di Cappodanno.

Sono indeciso se scegliere L’hotel Breza o il Sotelia, qualcuno ha consigli visto che ho 2 bambini di 6/7 anni?

In effetti 10 giorni a luglio sono tanti, troppi. Le temperature potrebbero essere estive, caldo di giorno e fresco di notte. I due alberghi quasi si equivalgono e tra i due sceglierei l'offerta migliore. La zona family delle piscine Termalija potrebbe essere troppo ristretta, come anche il parco acquatico Acqualuna a pochi km e 10 giorni potrebbero diventare troppo noiosi. Anche 10 giorni di saune e idromassaggi potrebbero essere molto pesanti da far passare. Personalmente più di 3, massimo 4 giorni non farei.
