I'm visiting terme olimia for about 14 years now. I am very sorry to say, but it has become from very best to worst experience ever. In our room shower is broken, dangerous electricity plugs are hanging out of the walls, when you plug your charger in you can see sparks coming out of the wall. Walls in the swimming pools at family fun area are damaged and not well maintained we all have scratches all over our bodies. Floors are peelling off too and it is visible in children water playground. Staff at the reception is unfrendly and too tired - you have that "unwanted " feeling all the time. Waiter at the family fun swiming pool bar instead of taking my order, complained that he has to much work, so when I managed to order an ice cream he said he doesn't have it and won't refill it. That he can't do it himself alone.
We also ordered food from restaurant Lipa. You can ordered it and they bring it to your room. Excellent idea if only delivered pizza wasn't burned, fries cooked instead fried and they forgot to bring tatar souce.
But the last day of our stay was the winner of them all! We were instructed to come at the reception and have check out procedure at 9.15, so it wont be too crowded if everyone would come to do a check out at 10. Only to return back at the reception at 10:00 when we leave the room, and then we can go to swiming pools at 11.00. :).
I am sory for that burned out staff, I don't know who's fault it is but it is certainly not ours so we are not coming back for sure.

The slides are poorly maintained and have really rough edges that cut your back. The staff (not all but most) would rather have a great time discussing all the latest news by the table rather than operate slides, and when asked to do so would reply by stating "there is no demand". Also there are no partial refunds if the park closes preemptively, due to bad weather so make sure you come only on the sunniest day possible. I'd keep that in mind however I doubt I'll return. For 15€ I can get a better experience in nearly every other waterpark that exists in the country.

Everything is ok. The terme are nice and clean. But one thing that boders me was that we need to pay for photocopy of the document 1.5€ per copy. Ok I understand that the copy is not for free but 1.50€ are they crazy??

We have been going to this spa for a long time, and always had a great time. However, during our most recent visit, we encountered a highly distressing and invasive issue that has left us feeling uncomfortable. Couple with a child of 19 months, we took the family fun day ticket 19€ per adult. Our son had a lot of fun in the slides and pools. A real pleasure to see him like that. We arrived around 10:15 am and were able to find deckchairs as well as an umbrella but we must not arrive later to have some outside. Very clean and very nice place.

Holiday with two children the first of September
Beautiful spas, lots of pools suitable for elbow age
Beautiful and very large hotels
We had problems with the reception on arrival because we were treated a little badly due to the fact that we did not speak English, however, we contacted the internet booking service that directed us to a girl who instead very kindly explained how to move and what were the services offered to us.
We always dined at the lipa, except the first night we were at the buffet, and the restaurant is sublime.

We accidentally found out that in Restaurant Lipa everything is gluten free. And let me tell you - it's sooo delicious. They have, cakes, pizzas, burgers and so much more. Do not miss it! It's so lovely decorated and very cozy.

Stayed here for five days for comfort after a road trip through Europe.
Lovely to not have to think about breakfast & dinner, stay at hotel Sotelia.
Food good quality, fresh and diverse.
Snacks/drinks in between are own costs and are well in advance. Fortunately a good supermarket in village next door!
Pools and sunbeds top, wonderful stay the past few days. Clean sanitary facilities and plenty of entertainment for young and old.
Plenty to do in the area so you can definitely go out in the morning with the legs, bike or car.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel exists think for quite some time despite certain facets modern and new eyes.
The plumbing looks outdated, but functionally good.
Unfortunately twice have to move room because of air conditioning problems where moderate initially when indicated. After some insistence, it is taken seriously. Too bad and unnecessary. Seems to me that this system needs to be checked carefully instead of repairing. (were not the only ones with these issues)
We were on first floor, rooms very dark by balcony above so it does not invite to sit there if you stay in room.
Overall nice stay for two days with overnight stay so you fully enjoy the wellness, longer I would not stay there.

It was an excellent, enjoyable weekend. Everything nice and clean, personnel extra kinde. It was our first visit and we booked termalija relax pool which it was a mistake, because if you have small childrens you should definetely go for termalija family fun - I mean, we still enjoyed but just for info. We will definitelly go again 😊

Per le famiglie con bambini consigliamo assolutamente Termalija Family wellness per tutta la famiglia (nella parte Termalia Family Fun inoltre labirinto di piscine a vostra disposizione si sono un cinema 7D, sala giochi multimediale interattiva, parco giochi Oliland, piscina per i bambini con la sabbiera, stanze per l’allattamento e per il cambio, molte aree di riposo ). Hotel Sotelia e hotel Breza sono collegati tramite un passaggio sotterraneo con il Wellness Orhidelia e piscinel Family wellness Termalija.
Sarà un grande piacere di averla come nostri ospiti.
