Fantastic views of Lake Garda, but can be difficult to negotiate if you have balance/walking problems as can be steep in parts and rocky. But definitely worth it for the able-bodied, just give yourself plenty of time. Maps of walks/cycle routes in the area available...More

Usual advice applies - you need water when walking up this in heat and good footwear. The first time we walked up from Torbole we used the main road - this is much better as there is no traffic and plenty of places to stop...More

Make sure you wear good shoes and take a camera. It is steep and cobbled. The usual advice applies have water with you and take care. Not for the unfit or faint hearted

Hard work going down, especially on a hot day, and only for triathlon nutters coming up. This is fantastic, but the terrain is very rugged.
