In Rio de Janeiro this beach is a tropical paradise, the water is crystalline and blue but cold. It's ideal for kids because don't have lots of waves , a beautiful landscape for photos. It was an excellent vacation.

This is a lovely beach....during the week not to many people.. enjoyed 10days here...although traveled to some of the other beaches which are close by...this is pretty laid back frequented mostly by locals.

I have been here a few time, once I stayed at the Ocean View Hotel which is right on this beach. I especially like this beach during the week, much less crowded. Piranha Beach offers a spectacular view of pristine waters. Love this beach!!!!
