- [ ] Very nice and helpful staff. We went shopping for things to take north. He patiently listened to our requests, packed us burrata and stracciatella at the time and placed them safely in a container with ice for the journey. Fresh, local and delicious products. Consigliatissimo!

I would like to add an English review to the long list of Italian ones (but they surely add to the authenticity of this wonderful cheesemakers' reputation!) On arrival in southern Italy, we had an aim to enjoy as much fresh cheese as possible and when I read that this place offers tours and cheese tasting, I got in touch via email at fairly short notice to see if we could join a tasting/tour. I was informed that the tour (with English translator) was €15 and the degustation was €15pp. It was a little above our budget but we were keen so we agreed...it turned out to be a very informal affair. I think that the more formal tour/tasting arrangement is probably usually reserved for larger Italian-speaking groups, however don't let that deter you if you're really interested in seeing how fresh cheese is made! It's a fascinating process which is still very hands-on with little automation. The owners and cheesemakers spoke very little English but we enjoyed learning a lot by watching, and also the owner's friend came to do some translation which was very nice! The facility is small, just one large room plus storage and the shop area so don't expect a huge facility to walk through! We were allowed to taste some Mozzarella that had been made minutes earlier...this was amazing, so sweet and delicious and the texture was amazing. Nothing like the mush you often buy in the supermarkets outside of Italy. This set the bar very high for the rest of our trip...we visited many caseificios after this one and very very few stood up to the freshness that we found here. We didn't have a formal degustation platter like is shown in the photos here, so perhaps that is why we were not charged for it in the end - which enabled us to afford some lovely Mozzarella, Burrata and more to take home, at very reasonable prices I might add. Overall, I highly recommend a visit here even if just to buy cheese, but also if you would like to see how the cheese is made, they make cheese in the afternoons every day except Sunday - finishing about 5:30pm, so if you go then it may be possible to ask to view the cheesemaking for a few minutes if you can't pre-arrangement a formal tour. The owners were so friendly and proud to show us their business, I wish we had somewhere like this to buy cheese at home!!

I met a welcoming and available host. The living conditions in the trunks are excellent: it is fully equipped, it is clean, it is airy, wifi everywhere, and very quiet.
In caseifio, you can see how the masters are born, authentic Italian cheeses. They are very tasty and beautifully presented. Owners are handsome and eager to ensure a pleasant stay.
We will surely come back soon.

We thank the hosts for the special moments spent there.

Am gasit o gazda primitoare si disponibila. Conditiile de locuit in truli sunt excelente: este utilata complet, este curatenie, este aerisit, wifi peste tot, si foarte multa liniste.
In caseificio poti vedea cum ia nastere din mana maestrilor, branzeturile autentice italiene. Sunt foarte gustoase si frumos prezentate. Proprietarii sunt oameni frumosi si dornici sa-ti asigure un sejur placut.
Sigur vom reveni curand.

Multumim gazdelor pentru momentele deosebite petrecute acolo.

Great little dairy - with a good/tasty selection of there own and local hand produced products.
On top the personal was very friendly and help some
(google translate is needed if you don’t have minimum of Italian language skills)

We was so lucky to visit just when mozzarella production was ongoing and was invited to watch the final part of the process.
It became evident how skilled a craftsmanship (art) it is to make such lovely mozzarella.

Make sure to visit if you are in the area - for sure worth a detour 🙏👍😎

We drove here hoping to enquire about a tour. I asked the lady behind the counter if she spoke English - she rolled her eyes, grunted a “no” and then turned away from me. Pretty crap way to treat tourists who, without our interest and spending our hard earned dollars, the country would be in a much worse state.

Not only do you see how it's made and get to ask all the questions you always wanted answered, but you also get to spend a nice afternoon sampling these delicious cheese products, minutes after they were made right under your eyes. Simple, authentic, clean, and delicious.

The hosts are very pleasant and the environment is idyllic amidst mature olive groves, pretty flowers and Trulli. Make sure you visit on an empty stomach. There'll be more food than you can handle but you'll get to keep the leftovers and you can of course purchase additional helpings of your favorites.

Very friendly and kind people, traditional and very professional. All cheeses are handmade. We strongly recommend the cheese tasting as it is so so sooooo good. In love with the place. If you want to see how they make the cheese, call them prior to your arrival.

Friendly staff and an experience to see how mozzarella and burratta is made. The staff could not speak English even though we had arranged for a tour in English. Nevertheless the staff was very friendly and the cheese wonderful. We paid 10€ per person for the small tour and tasting menu.

Very tasty cheese! Produced right there on site. At our request, they very kindly put together a plate with different types of cheese for us. The wine was also very good. You could eat on a small terrace.
Definitely recommended!
