Lovely views, tiring walk however- finished off with a meal and a nap shortly after (haha) . Well kept and all fellow walkers were friendly, can imagine that it’d be a great day out for families (with children of all ages)

Arnside Knott provides some pleasant and easy walking with spectacular views over the Irish Sea coast, the Cumbrian Mountains, the Pennine fells and the Kent Estuary. There are plenty of paths, some forest trails that can be walked by most, if reasonably fit, including children....More

We decided to walk from Silverdale village to Arnside village and, after consulting Google Maps, started along the road. However, after a short distance we joined a footpath to go over the Knott. We are so glad we did! We were rewarded with fantastic views...More
