fantastic experience, logistics still need improvements, the receptionist should be fired

The gift for xmas for my family, not cheap. I order online for 13 people. As sessions of flying are 12 each, I call and ask if there is a way to fly all together. After a while they confirm it and ask me to remind it the day after when we will be at the reception. You are supposed to arrive one h before the time of flight. We are there sharp. I wait 5 minutes in front of a receptionist that does not care or show any interest while she is talking (at her mobile phone, suggesting that she is having a private call) When she finishes she looks at me without apologizing and without any smile. I say her my name and the number of people and the reservation numbers that I have, explaining as I was told the day before at the telephone, that I should mention the fact that we are 13 despite the fliying time is supposed to be for 12. She check the pc without a word and says : your booking is not there. I give her again the reservation number. She says: You have no reservation for the 13th person. I say: yes I have. She says no. I show her my receipt on the screen of the telephone. She does not look at that and asks to a colleague. He does not now. Finally she accepts to look at the reservation number. She writes on the pc and says: you have not a reservation for the 13th person. I say yes, I paid. Someone above her in the meanwhile comes and finally she finds the reservation. There was probably a small mistake in their coding. She does not apologize. Very bad start. Then we fill the info required and she suggests to wait for the instructor to pick us in 20 minutes. Without any further notice we are picked in 1h and 20 minutes (more than 1 hour delay compared to the reservation) We change ourselves and final very bad news: one of the people of the group cannot find a suitable flying suit (there is no XXL size) so cannot fly. THe person is given the money back. It was my gift and it turned out to be a very humiliating experience for the person and myself. That's a pity because the instructor is very kind and cheerful and the experience of flying is FANTASTIC and is worth trying!!!!

Even if tunnel needs some improvements the fly instructors are super professional and smart people. We all had fun and flown high thank to them.
