Me and my partner frequently go to TopGolf Surrey, and when open (closed until 16th of March for refurbishments) we go about once a week. We've never had a problem and we always have a lot of fun, win or lose! The food is also reasonably priced, tasty and a good portion size. Some bays are certainly better than others, but if you go when it's quiet you almost always get a good spot. Can't wait for it to reopen later this week!

Bit late doing this review as not been on Trip Advisor for awhile so catching up on a few places that are worth reviewing. This (Topgolf) was so much fun, really enjoyed it and that's coming from someone who cant play golf to save their life. This was part of a day long stag do so a fairly large group of us all with varying skills with a golf club but it didn't matter as this is just about having fun and no matter what your skill level luck can play a part in getting you a decent score. Food and drink can be ordered to your position on the range and although we didn't eat as we were going on somewhere else for food we saw others ordering and the food looked good. This is a good fun day out and would thoroughly recommend it, might be a great way to first introduce a son or daughter to golf where they can get an early feel for handling the clubs and pretty much guaranteed to score something so that it doesn't feel like a failure if not that good to start with.

Fantastic venue for a great day out. Extremely well run and superb facilities. Staff were great. Really surprised as an avid golfer that the prices were relatively cheap. Will be back!

Had an absolutely amazing time, getting into the bay very quickly with excellent customer service. Especially a man named Robert, who sorted us out a fresh milkshake when we weren’t a fan of our choice. He went out of his way to do so, and made our evening even better. Thank you Robert!!!!

Great last min activity. We rocked up as had 2 hours to kill before cinema and simply asked what could we get on straight away. The team were friendly and efficient and we managed to get on the mini golf and had a great time. The mini golf was in great condition with water features throughout. It helped we had amazing weather!!! The outside area was lovely for a couple of drinks post game too. If in the area again we'll return

After waiting two hours for our call I made a comment to a member of staff re advising time delay when you arrive. He was friendly, helpful and encouraging and we had a very enjoyable game. Thank you I understand he was one of the coaches. EXCELLENT customer service and we will return to Top Golf again thanks to his helpful, friendly and generous gesture. Sorry we did not get his name but he will know who he helped today.

Amazing customer service from Scott - worth his weight in gold. So friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and had a great time. Every person in our group said ‘he’s brilliant at his job isn’t he’. Thank you so much for making it the perfect family day out!

Last Saturday my family tried golfing at TopGolf for the first time, and it was a great time for all. Beginners all 5 of us, we scheduled a session with Coach Scott, who was absolutely brilliant in getting us all started. He showed us how the excellent scoring system works, and gave us tips on how to hit a golf ball with the club. In no time we were all enjoying ourselves and on the way to learning. The staff was very attentive, and we had delicious food and drinks brought to our table beside the driving range. Thanks for a marvellous first golfing experience, we look forward to more.

We have been to the Topgolf many times. But this time we played first which was fun then we decided to have dinner there too. It took 15 minutes to get drinks to the table then the food which we could see was sitting under the lamps for 30 minutes so when we got it the buns on the hamburgers were all dried up. There were many staff there but not many serving any of the mountains of food under all the lamps. Very strange!
