Came a long way out of our way to visit this spa as we were staying in Edinburgh. There were lots of positives. On the whole we had a lovely relaxing day. The setting is stunning... overlooking Loch Lomond and the surrounding countryside. The architecture was brilliant too... views over the countryside from within the saunas, hydro pools, main pool... We've been to this place a lot, which sometimes I think can be a bad thing as it can ruin it... but not here. Bought an It Is On deal for the rasul mud chamber, thermal experience and a 20 minute treatment each. When we arrived we were shown to the VIP suite. WOW! Loved it. We had our own... More

Good bits: staff very friendly, food was great and arrived promptly despite a busy restaurant, the surrounding views from the outdoor areas of the spa are beautiful, a great place to watch the world go by. The treatments we had were fabulous. Less good bits: the facilities are tired: bed covers weren’t clean, some of the whirlpools and hot tubs... More

The Spa has rightly won loads of national awards - it oozes luxury & you cannot fail to unwind and just completely chill out here. The rooftop Jacuzzi looking out over the golf course, Loch Lomond & Ben Lomond is surreal but a memorable experience. Ok it's not cheap, but it's worthy of being on most people's 'bucket lists' of... I spent the day at the Carrick Spa for my birthday in July with my partner. It was a really nice day and we both really enjoyed it but it isn't as great as it's made out to be. The package I booked was pretty good value though £109 for 50min treatments, with 2 hours use of the facilities and... More

Booked for a Rasul mud treatment & then the spa experience. What a relaxing day. Thoroughly enjoyed trying all the options - some offering great views over the golf course - like in the sauna for example. Weather perfect for the outdoor pool. The thermal pool was also enjoyable - my body got pummelled but felt good!!!. Certainly would come... More

Gone are the days when The Carrick could ride on its name alone. I've been a few times before & thoroughly enjoyed myself however this time you could see that repair work is needed. The Hydro area had more pieces of equipment not working that working. Couple of the relaxation areas not as warm as they should be, could be... More

We visited the spa for a girls day out, it's £39 per person which is expensive considering there a lot of things that need to be upgraded and looked at in the spa. The infinity pool is lovely, definitely the best part about the spa however the indoor pool looks really filthy on the bottom and generally needs a good... More
