Come and visit us for a tour of the Distillery, see our 5 copper pot stills and the traditional worm tubs that make our Talisker so unique, then take a look at the casks in the warehouse where the Angel’s Share is lost to evaporation during maturation. Visited the Talisker Distillery, having been a fan of the whisky for many years. Excellnt tour of the distillery ending with a tasting. Only issue was not being permitted to take photos of the beautiful copper stills or any other aspects inside the building. As a keen photographer and Talisker fan this was a disappointment but it did prevent me... More

Another ticket of my bucket list. This distillery is sat on the same longtidue as Alaska. The drive to the distillery is outstanding, weaving along the coast through the mountain ranges, passing beautiful waterfalls and then ending up on the Loch front at the distillery and smelling that sweet smell. All the staff are friendly. If you want to go... More

Very good tour, preceded with complimentary tasting for the asking. Very busy - strongly recommend advance reservations or wait for up to 2 hours. We got a voucher through our hotel for "Friends of the Classic Malts" which entitles you tour 12 distilleries (saved £16 or about $22)...and most importantly great whiskies.

We have done quite a few whisky tours in Ireland and Wales. Mike- our tour guide was really enthusiastic. It's fair to say-it can't be terribly original in the process description as the processes are the same to a degree, so you may want to think about whether you are already familiar with distillation- we were but more than happy... We visited the distillery without making any upfront booking. There's a guided tour every 30 minutes. The site is spick and span, the explanations clear, detailed and interesting. Only downside would be the prices at the shop : I would expect buying whisky at production site being much cheaper! The surroundings are very nice and the harbor view is beautiful.

We didn't have much time on Skye and definitely wanted to go here. We booked the public tour on the day and found it very informative, fun and enjoyed the free sample. Our guide was well informed and interesting and we weren't rushed around the site. A great stop and a must do!

The kids found it interesting but I've enjoyed other whisky tours at auchentoshan and glengoyne far more. The inn over the road is definitely worth a visit though. The food was delicious and the music was awesome.

We really enjoyed this visit. My husband loves malt whiskey and was keen to visit a distillery. We both found the tour we went on really informative, even me who doesnt even like the smell of whiskey. Chris, the young man who did the tour, was excellent and encouraged questions. He was very patient as we had a large group... More

Nice tasting room. We wanted to take the tour, but got there too late. Pleasant staff and patrons that exchanged political view on Brexit and Trump
