when you come to greece history is something you must check. the long wall with the scriptures are the first laws ever written and this small theatre mkes your heart go.

I found this archeological site more interesting than Knossos. Not so crowded and better preserved. It's worth the trip. Buy a combined ticktet for Gortyn, Phaestos and Agia Triada which has a very nice old chruch.
