    Brilliant hotel & golf course
The hotel was what you would expect we were a group of four that had a 2 night 3 rounds stay. The course was well layed out with some great holes the ground staff ( you could see in places ) were dealing with ground that to be fair had been hit hard by the weather very buzy on the sunday but didn't affect our group to much. Breakfast was a buffet style & evening meal options were great. Staff were excellent throughout.

Great golf bad bar and staff
The golf course and the rooms are excellent, but a group of 18 of us stayed 1 night 2 rounds of golf and after our excellent meal and service we went to the far side of the bar to sit down and do a quite like we always do. The bar is open plan with the restaurant and after about a hour we were told to keep the noise down as they have had complaints from people in the restaurant. We were not noisy and definitely not rowdy. Then we were told the bar was shutting at 22~15 and if wanted a drink to get it which we did. We were then told to vacate the bar area and go to bed. We asked the reason why they had shut the bar early and were informed that the manager had told them to. We then asked about the night porter service and were told that we were not allowed that service. We were not the only people to be told to leave the bar area and not allowed night porter services. After spending good money in the bar we felt very aggrieved at the way we were treated as no one in our group was rude drunk or out of order. We will definitely go back for golf but not to stay😡😡😡

Wow, now that’s what I call a spa break!
Went to Wyboston Lakes for a spa break and it was well worth the trip. The bed was comfy, the food was lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. Then there was the spa facilities. What can I say except amazing. The spa has relaxation written all over it, from the various steam/sauna rooms, the hydro pool and the little hidden away rooms for a snooze. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Had the great pleasure of stopping at the willows training centre. I have shoved in a block the rear of the complex. The walk to the room felt like the green mile walking through several doors and corridors. The flooring in my block felt like the carpets were laid on bare soil, I nearly fell into a few pot holes. The room itself was dated, it was dirty and smelt stale. The bathroom also smelt so bad I couldnt stay in there. I later found dried blood on the tiles?!? By the smell if I looked further I might have found a body! Most of the room was covered in a shiney unknown gunk, the windows were also full of mould and condensation. Near the end of the week due to the lack of sleep from the shockingly thin pillows I nearly broke down be aware of the 500 block!

Stopped at Wyboston Lakes today to charge the Tesla and gave a meal as we gave heard it’s a lovely place.

Just as we got to the Waterfront Restaurant we was greeted to a security guard telling us we had to leave the site as we had our 10 year old Labrador with us.

Found this place totally unfriendly and will definitely never return here ever again.

A bonus we are at a restaurant within a quarter of a Mile away, dog in tow, so it’s Wyboston that lost out. Glad a company can afford to turn down business in these times.

First time I've been to this course. The worst thing about it was undoubtedly the greens, absolutely shocking, bumpy, very slow and to top it all, they've sprayed them green with a green dye. All done I expect to make the hotel occupants think there is a lovely golf course outside. I'm sorry I won't be visiting again to play golf unless there's a big improvement.

Booked last minute, the day before, as having building work done and needed somewhere dust free and relaxing for a night. Advertised as a spa ??? Photos of spa facilities??? Great we thought just what we need. Got there Saturday, booked in, staff pleasant, bed and breakfast oh and you can use the health club over the road. What about the spa I asked, oh no that’s no included, sorry that’s the whole reason we are here, no that has to be booked separately. Went to book spa, another £70 but we are full, you would need to book this 4 weeks in advance.
Complained to reception again, there’s nothing we can do. We can fill a form in so you can cancel. But it is on the website that the spa is not included in the hotel prices they said ??? I have been back in the website and I can’t find that.
I have never been so disappointed, just wanted to cry.

The Mrs had visited the above place some time ago on a business trip and recommended we visit for our anniversary.
Who was I to argue and a good job I didn't, as the place was amazing.
With the beautiful surroundings and various in house activities, we were really spolit for choice.
The breakfast was delicious and the evening dinners, just amazing. Thanks staff for recommending those beautiful cocktails...Really niceeeeeeeeeeeee.
We had the experience of the deep tissue massage (25mins) and a 2hour Spa experience...Loved itttttttttttt...
Highly recommend you visit and spend some time with your loved one. You won't be disappointed

What an awful place. Whilst charging at the Tesla charging point (which I’m sure is a great source of income for Wyboston Lakes) I let my dogs out of the car and walked around the car park. A man in a car arrives to say that no dogs are allowed (even in a public car park with charging stations). I found the signage with a torch as its in small print on a black background.

This place is so behind the times. If they want to have 1970’s style policies at least have the correct signage. I won’t visit here again unless desperate to charge car.

I’m very disappointed and really urge you to avoid based on their attitude

Played today. Course is in shocking condition, and not just because greens have been spiked. Chewed up everywhere, greens, impossible to read, and putting is more luck than skill. Fairways over long, tees so randomly placed in comparison to the hole, yes, it’s winter, but no course I’ve been to, who have had as much rain, is this poor for £20 off peak. Drop your prices when your offering a course in this condition.

Overpriced ...... easily THE most expensive hotel in the area but by NO means the best. On top of this service charge is automatically added to the bill but still request "gratuity"?! Really get real! I doubt I will stay again cost has increased substantially but service and quality have decreased .....

Played the golf course a couple of weeks ago and it was in very poor condition. The tees were terrible and the greens we not a lot better. Looks like there has been little work done during the Covid shutdown and they have a job on now to pull it round. A real shame as we have many great memories of playing this course over the last 35 years.
