Dopo aver letto le recensioni su Tripadvisor, ho chiesto esplicitamente ai miei genitori che vengono a trovare il nipotino ormai di frequente a SP di portarmi i vostri prodotti! Le friselline della mamma Nicolina e i vostri tarallini dolci sono assolutamente squisiti!!! Complimenti!!!

Siamo andati al forno di pietra facendo una deviazione lunghissima in viaggio verso Gallipoli... ne avevamo sentito parlare talmente bene! E non ci ha affatto delusi! Dai taralli alla pizza, dal pane ai dolcetti, ci saremmo portati a casa 100 kg di ben di dio! Tra l'altro molto a buon mercato!

Frequento il Forno di Pietra di Squinzano da più di sei anni. Sfornano delizie a iosa. Ma il fiore all'occhiello del forno, secondo me, sono i mini Frisellini o Friselline(non ho ancora capito come si chiamino) all'olio. Tant'è che li ho portati in dono ad amici di Milano, di Torino, di Parigi e di Madrid e tutti ne sono rimasti oltremodo entusiasti! Al bancone Tonio ed i suoi aiutanti sono sempre sorridenti e solerti.

Per il secondo anno di fila veniamo trattati malamente, nonostante le 70 euro spese in friselline e biscotti, anche se questo in teoria non dovrebbe influire perché gentilezza e educazione andrebbero riservati a tutti. Ma che nonostante stessimo riempendo le buste di prodotti, rispondessero alle nostre domande scocciati, saccenti e prendendoci in giro, davvero ci ha rattristato e fatto pentire di essere tornati.

conosco questo forno fin da quando ero piccola e con i miei si scendeva a Squinzano per le vacanze estive. Ricordo ancora il profumo del pane che mai piu' ho sentito da nessuna oarte. Quando mi capita di passare di qui faccio scorta di friselle, buonissime e di cosi buone non se ne trovano da nessuna parte in tutta la Puglia. Trovo ottime anche le paste da latte e le pucce. Andateci ci tornerete sicuramente!
