My boyfriend and I had an amazing time visiting the surf camp/ apartments. It's super close to the beach and the lagoons are beautiful. Julie, the host, is great! Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Perfect for everyone who is looking for a laid back holiday. Definitely recommend. We'll be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week with star surf, but we especially appreciated the effort and enthusiasm of the staff who worked there, especially Pablo, who helped everyone and went out of his way to make sure we all had a good time! We would defiantly recommend star surf to anybody who wants to have a fantastic week surfing and lots of fun. Thank you so much for everything!

We booked a private room in Fuerteventura but found out we did not have much privacy at all. We did not mind having a room in a shared appartment. However, you could not lock your room, which means everybody in the apartment could enter our room at any time. Our room was very small and the furniture was in very bad condition. The Surfboards were in very bad condition too, and there were not enough surboards for the number of people in our surfgroup. We only got 1 towel for a whole week. Which is just not enough. The activities organised by Star Surf were a lot of fun. This sort of made up for the bad accommodation.

What a disappointment! Pictures advertised for teen camp were clearly not from Oyambre. No WiFi,- thin mattress- was not a 8 man tepee. Lots of “junk” on yoga platforms looked very untidy . No water in the swimming pool until the Friday - no access to paddle boards- additional activities and entertainment?? Unorganised ! I phoned the call centre twice at the beginning of the week as my child (and a number of others were bored) I left a message on voice mail and spoke to someone who took a message - but no-one bothered to return my call. My daughters bag with phone was stolen whilst in the shower block - phone was recovered half an hour later (handed in at reception) but not bag. Staff informed me nothing had been done / reported and in fact they don’t have a procedure in place for this. Surf lessons were good ! Food average. Some individual adults were great but no organisation- even the final farewell party was all about the adults ! Apparently there was a change of staff halfway through the week I collected my daughter from the camp and also visited the camp on the day of the theft. No-one appeared to be ‘in charge’ or take any responsibility!!!
