Tells the story of fishing on fuerteventura, it's all in spanish. You are handed a book in english on entry and read it as you go. Was a lot of reading! Lovely location but cafe is permanently shut down as per signage. Shame as would have been lovely to have a coffee. Went for a walk about it. Was nice. Museum entry was €3 so was one of the cheaper things I did.

Worth a visit, only 3 euro to enter. Great sea views in 3 directions. Note the cafe wasnt open so bring water with you, little shelter from the sun.

Had a walk to the lighthouse from El Cotillo (about 3 miles). Nice walk and views, despite the wind, but unfortunately the cafe is now permanently closed.

We arrived just after four in the afternoon, had a walk around outside before deciding to visit the museum (think the admission was 5 euros each, which even at half that would have been overpriced). We were the sole visitors. The display, though visually interesting, did little to accommodate visitors apart from a grubby plastic-covered booklet giving general information in English and a couple of other languages, but it didn't mirror the information on the displays very well. No doubt a Spanish speaker might have found it verging on the acceptable. The building itself, alongside the older lighthouse, has visual appeal. Unfortunately, going inside, added nothing to the experience.

The museum was unfortunately shut on the day we visited as it was a bank holiday, but the area around the lighthouse is stunning and great for a nice walk ! Would recommend !
