Good beach

Good beach, yellow flagged at the time due to wind and waves but really nice sand beach. We jumped into waves and walked the beach.

Good beach to bring family with kids. Several restaurants close but rather crowded. The water is swallow enough and not too blurry. Lot's of northern European people.

Mil Palmeras=mil happiness. Fantastic, safe, family-friendly beach, lots of activities (some seasonal). Great beach bars with excellent Spanish dishes, well-priced menus and drinks; cheery staff, (don't know how they keep it up). 2017 already booked!!!!!!!!

With four different beaches to choose from, I simply love it here. Mil Palmeras is a large clean beach with restaurants available for lunch. The three beaches at Torre de la Horadada are very good for families and couples with beach hut drinks available, and a gorgeous square with restaurants etc. These are not touristy places, very domestic, quiet ish... We love to walk along here and see the families on the beach. It's all free, sun, sea and sand and no technology. The kids love the water, it's a clean beach and there is a cafe/bar/restaurant for those cold drinks and tasty snacks. The whole area has been improved with plenty of parking and pleasant promenades. The bins are... More

This Greek restaurant cannot be found in your listings. Please do more research to find it so I can review it. It used to be a Spanish restaurant but now has a Greek chef and specialises in both Greek and Spanish food. A novelty in the area.

We generally try to visit this beach, which has some nice restaurants and is not normally too busy. There is plenty of parking out of season although in the height of summer, like most popular places it can be crowded. The afternoon we were here there was a beach party at the Popeye Bar, Ok if that's your thing but... More

We visited again mid May, not at all busy and the Pirates bar closed earlier than in high season, understandably. But as always a lovely beach, lots of room. Sunbeds only 5euro, umbrellas 2! So reasonable and all bars are around 1.50euro for a wine or beer and a jug of sangria around 8euro at most. Food very reasonably priced.... More

Always enjoy visiting this lovely place with its excellent beach and ever expanding pedestrian promenade which now stretches for miles (kilometres) along the coast. Our afternoon here was a bit cloudy/chilly but nevertheless well worth the drive. Had lunch in the Strandcafe overlooking the beach and wisely went inside where we still had the lovely view. I had my usual... More
