I was very hesitant to learn diving. With Rafa as our teacher and Mauro on the boat I felt super taken care of. It was a great adventure to learn all the techniques and all the theory. It's been a real pleasure. It was also great to go out with other more experience divers and see that everyone gets treated the same. Great attention to detail and all of our safety.
I highly recommend Buceo Natura to anyone.

A excellent diving center! The guys are extremely friendly and competent. They showed us a lot of fishes and corals in places we'd never looked in.
The rented equipment is also really good.

To snorkel blessed with the traditional Spanish hospitality of Rafa, who presides over every aspect of your adventure, will surely prove to be an exhilarating experience a life time. Be prepared to be overwhelmed by an eye-popping underwater paradise protected from any form of abuse by the Spanish Government.
According to the time of year water temperature, you will be fitted with a wetsuit, fins and snorkel gear.
Rafa, or one of his expert seasoned professional staff, will teach you the art of snorkeling as you cruise to the underwater site in one of his state-of-the-art scuba vessels.
The boat experience of cruising along the La Herradura coast is, in itself, worth the price of the venture. And, here is the “kicker”: the total price is so reasonable that we found it difficult to believe.
Rafa dove into the water with us in order to make sure we were safe and comfortable. He continued to be at our side pointing out an assortment of species of fish and coral as we snorkeled.
Rafa has dedicated his life to making his clients happy and assuring that the experience will be one you will never forget and will always cherish.
Consider this a once in a life time opportunity and a once in a lifetime experience.

My son has his advanced PADI certification. Two days before his outing with Buceonatura he took a refresher course with another diving business.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this business. At 18 meters down the following occured -
I am quoting from my son:
"I went diving and some equipment failure almost led to the loss of my life. While everything worked fine during the gear checks, when I got into the water my LPI wasn't inflating, my regulator seemed to be slowly leaking seawater and my octo felt like sucking on a straw. I was told during my PADI training that you might taste some sea water so at the time I didn't see the regulator issue as a big deal and I played through it. (In hindsight, I wish I had told the guide immediately.) Then I realized that I was burning through air faster than normal and while I informed the guide numerous times about my depleting air, he continued the dive. (I assume so the dive wouldn't be ruined for the rest of the group.) Suddenly it got much harder to breathe out of my regulator and I signaled to the instructor that something was wrong with it. As I did, despite my gauge still showing that I had 30 bar left, I seemingly ran out of air. I signaled to the guide that I was out of air and he went to hand me his octo but had a lot of trouble unhooking it. I wanted to ascend but I did not think I could perform the "aaah" sound necessary for a CESA with the air in my lungs. Eventually the guide unhooked his octo and gave it to me and I was fine and was able to finish the dive."

This was a dive to remember for a number of reasons. Firstly the day was perfect, blue skies, no swell to speak of, excellent visibility and great diving staff. We hadn't dived for a number of years, so it was particularly reassuring to have every detail of the process refreshed before we left the beach.
Then we dived off the Parc Natural with many large schools of fish and many other types in interesting marine life. It was a 'National Geographic' type of diving experience. Many thanks to Rafa and his staff and family for a really worthwhile experience.

Well organized and very professional. Marc was very easy to deal with and couldn’t do enough for us. Fluent English speaker for us Irish who haven’t a word of Spanish. We got a fantastic diving experience with beautiful coral and amazing fish - an absolute must for anyone interested in diving. The boat trip to the diving location was also fab and very scenic, with great views of la Herradura and the coastline.

My husband and daughter enjoyed their one dive very much. All the staff has very good written and spoken English and they really pay attention to the safety of clients. The base is clean and cosy and the staff is helpful to non-divers, too. Herradura beach was worth to visit for the whole family.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and guides, equipment in very good condition, comfortable boat, very good divers/guide ratio, nice long (60min +) dive, great value for money considering the transfer (short ride by van depending on the dive site) and boat ride and max underwater time. Hot showers, clean changing areas, toilets. Easy to find and parking spaces available very close by, Highly recommended!!

I just left La Herradura after 4 days enjoying one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had.
I got my scuba diving certification with the PADI Open Water Diver course, taught by Rafa. He’s not only a great professional but someone whose passion goes beyond diving. He walked me through the basic principles of scuba diving and also shared a tone of fun facts and important insights that are not in the book. His patience and thorough explanations made everything really easy.
Miguel was my diving instructor in open water. He’s fun, caring and made me feel confident in every single dive, adapting all the exercises to my level and progress. We dived in Los Candelabros, El Paraje, Los Molinos, Marina and some other awesome spots. The visibility was great. We saw lots of colorful fish like fredies, nudibranches, triggerfish, octopus and others.
Mauro is another cool instructor and skipper. He shared some great tricks with me on the boat.
Mota was my buddy and Salva was our guide in my first immersion as PADI diver. Salva did an awesome job, always very attentive, making sure everyone in the group was doing fine and trying to show us all the secret spots. He definitely inspires trust and confidence under water.
All in all, the staff (Mauro, Castor, Salva, Rafa, Miguel, Santi, Bea and Mota) is great. They all get along and you breath a great atmosphere at all times.
The facilities and equipment are also in mint condition so I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my diving adventure!
If you are thinking of getting your scuba diving certification or simply need a reference for a good diving center to keep practicing your passion, Buceonatura is your spot.
Can’t wait to be back!

What a professional and friendly outfit with a personal touch.
We had most of the day with this company with absolutely no regrets. No language barrier and no extra charges for photos. I would highly recommend this team 😄😄😄
