What a wonderful shop! The variety of Chocolate is fantastic! We were here before Easter and saw an interesting array of Easter goodies. As my grandchildren are older, we just opted for some Salted Caramel chocolate. It was really delicious!
Their prices are a bit high, but not so high that the average person couldn't afford to sample some of their goodies.

This shop is so beautifully set out - its a delight to walk into and smells as good as it looks in there! Staff were welcoming and friendly! We had coffee and a treat each. I really enjoyed the chocolate fudge! Must do when visiting Montville

A long established Montville business that used to be a vibrant little place with a lovely Swiss lady in charge.
How things have changed. Outrageously expensive, disinterested staff, and substandard chocolates. Supposedly made in store. Reminiscent of high school home economics. Such a great shame.
Plenty more confectionery outlets to choose from in Montville. This one is worth a look, but I'd spend my money elsewhere.

My Husband and I attended Chocolate Country on a lovely rainy Sunday. We started our walk up into town and got no further than the second store in, where we were tempted by the sign offering a free scone when you order 2 coffees. As we had been there before we were happy to enter again, knowing that the place is wall to wall chocolate.
The coffee was good, the service friendly and the scone light and fluffy. Once again, we were pleased with our visit to this store.

We had the carmel hot chocolate and white hot chocolate with a piece of polenta lemon cake. The carmel hot choc was the winner. The white chocolate not so much...... Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We also took home some fudge and chocolate a nice stop on a average day.

Tucked away behind the information centre this Cafe/Chocolate factory serves the freshest coffee.
In other places coffee can be sometimes be bitter, sometimes even taste burnt but Chocolate Country always makes it spot on!
I personally drink espresso without sugar, the purest form of coffee and this is my local favourite.

We came here for an after lunch coffee and chocolate. The chocolate selection is very comprehensive, something for everyone. We tried the "cup of coffee" chocolate, a great tasting mix of chocolate and coffee flavours. Coffee was great too, we had iced coffee and affogato.

Very clean and comfortable stop for coffee and hot chocolate. Great array of chocolates, cakes and fudges. Central to town and easy walking.
