We cycled out to Formentor early one morning to avoid the heat. It’s an interesting cycle ride with amazing views. We stopped at mirador to take in the view. The whole ride out to Formentor is well worth it. I would rather do this in a bike than in a car due to the very windy roads, particularly as you get close to the lighthouse.

Well worth the drive to see the spectacular views. Very narrow roads and many cyclists on the way. We followed the road all the way to the Lighthouse

I really enjoyed the views en route, but the view point is definitely worth exploring a bit, on a sunny day, as well as on a cloudy and windy one.. In fact, I liked it even more on a stormy day- simply spectacular with the dark menacing clouds hanging around.. I wish I'd had the opportunity to see the place first thing in the morning or at the sunset...

Breathtaking views from this mirador, well worth the sometimes white knuckle car journey around the the winding roads to get there.

This little gem is on route to formentor beach or the lighthouse. It's well sign posted and you will know when your about to pass it when chaos breaks out at the top of a hill. 🙈 Alot of Cyclists, coaches and bizzaire parking. It's all worth it though for the view!! Perfect photo opportunities all on all sides of this peninsula 📸🤳 Be warned that there is Alot of steps up to the top so wear sensible footwear. ⚠️👟🥾 There's a little hut that sells food and drinks there so you'll be able to grab a snack and rehydrate. Overall if your happy with overcrowding on roads and spending time enjoying scenery this will be enjoyable for you 👍
