This place has been the worse experience we had so far. The stuff is unfriendly and it's very expensive. It is 20 euros per person to access to a pool that it's slightly bigger than my hotel's. If you want to use the caves you have to pay extra. I am definitely not going back...what a ripoff!

Nice surroundings, view on green hill around.normally nice people. pool is wide with 4 smaller areas for Hydro massage, always too crowded. Water warmer let you start Swimming outside since April or even before. Staff at the entrance is too straight and that one nearby the pool very poor in moods. Internal cave with 3 different temperature levels needs to... More

An enchanting experience, worth visiting, clean and perfectly managed, at least four hours are necessary to enjoy your staying.

We had a great experience here. We booked a day spa couples experience. First was the thermal pool--nice and warm and not really crowded early in the morning. You are required to wear a bathing cap which they provide. The pool has several jet areas and the protocol is that once the jets stop, you leave to allow others to... More

We visited the baths on a sunny Wednesday. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and could choose the Grotta or just a visit to the swimming pool (thermal bath). The price for the grotta is around 52 euros per person, which we found a bit pushing it, especially given some of the reviews here. Slippers, towels etc you need... More

This spa was lovely. The thermal pool was not as hot as I thought it would be but still very nice. They gave us slippers, robes, towels and little hats to wear whilst in the pool which looked funny on. The grotto was 50 euros for 1hour but was the best part, it was very relaxing and my mum also... Frankly it was not the best during our trip in Tuscany. First they charge you a hell of money to access only one swimming pool, in addition they oblige the customers to buy a non efficient swimming hat for 2 Euro, probably to recognize external visitors with the one staying in the hotel. And if you want to access the... More
