For those eager to explore and do things I recommend checking out this fantastic morning exercise in Sant Feliu de Guixols. This is completely open to the public and you do not need a guide if you have some climbing experience and know where to rent the gear. Otherwise, I highly recommend hiring a local company that will take care of everything. It is simple via ferrata with several bridges and one vertical wall. It took about 2h to complete the entire itinerary. There is one point which is slightly overhanging but apart from this, it is a pretty horizontal path. Make sure you arrive early as this place gets filled with people. There are plenty of parking spots on the neighboring streets. Have a fun and enjoy it!

Beautiful and very unique place for this kind of extreme lovers! Only part of it good for children (10-14), the second part for adults only - need to be higher and stronger. If you're not a professional, suggest to go with the guide. The views are amazing - sea waves, seagulls and sun! Just one thing - when it is too much crowded, the dinamics of your experience would suffer, you'll have to wait during the tour. So try to choose weekdays or early morning times.

My wife and I did the Via Ferrata Cala del Moli - the only Via Ferrata along the sea. It was amazing - hanging 6 to 40 feet above the waves crashing into the cliffs. We booked with Adventure Girona and had Jordi who was a great guide. The course is challenging but Jordi helped us through the tough sections. The equipment, scenery and course were top notch. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The via ferrata is very beautiful being next to the ocean. If you have experience and the proper equipment you can enjoy it by yourself. If you are going with a guide, be careful. Our guide, Carlos, did not let one member in our group continue after the halfway point despite him being comfortable on the via ferrata and excited to continue.
It is understandable that guides must prioritize safety, but this was completely uncalled for as this group member was doing the activity safely and was made to leave in the middle without any explanation. A group member of ours who did this activity previously said the company made 5/12 of the participants leave halfway once when he went previously.

We where going to spend the weekend in costa brava and do the activity on sunday.
We booked on saturday morning and 3 hours later, when we where halfway between barcelona and san feliu, they called us to cancel. By the tone of their voice I could guess this is something they do regularly. Im bot sure whos fault it is, arania or trip advisor or the two of them, but im very disappointed

This is a beautiful Via Ferrata and very fun!
Recommend hiring a guide if you do not have experience with Via Ferrata or if you do not have the correct gear (Via Ferrata set not just slings and two carabiners).

Last sunday we made one the most Via Ferrata in Catalonia, it s the only one that is on the sea, so views are very beautiful.
