紅葉期の駐車場

　11月中旬の紅葉観賞期を目がけて午後に訪問したが、駐車場が満車で残念ながら断念した。ただ、駐車場に至るまでの紅葉は素晴らしく、短時間だが紅葉狩りを楽しむことができた。紅葉、青紅葉のシーズンともに散策を楽しめる施設だ。駐車場の少なさは残念だが、閑散期のことを考えると、過度な整備は求めにくい。

自然の中のカジュアルトレイル

津山市から気軽に行ける散歩道として下見に行きました。老若男女が来ていました。お弁当を森の中のベンチで食べる家族連れ、穏やかな散歩道を歩く老夫婦が見受けられ、行きかうたびに交わす挨拶も気持ちよかったです。行ったのは11月2日。紅葉には少し早かったです。また来て今度は展望ポイントまで行こうと思います。

真夏はきつかった

県南は38度を記録した日ですが、森林公園内はその場に布団を敷けば寝られそうなくらいに快適な気温でした。
ただ、その気温でも登山をするにはつらかった。

とても良い散策路

ほぼ登山ですが、岡山県の北の端っこにあるとても良い公園です。
管理事務所があってきっちりと管理されているため、とても快適に散策ができます。
外周は鳥取県との県境になっている山であり、1千ｍ超級の尾根歩きを楽しめます。
もちろん、天気が良ければ大山や日本海も見えます。

幹線道路から山の方へ上がる

奥津温泉と上斎原温泉の中間あたりにありました。丁度紅葉の頃で最高の景色を楽しめました。広くて手入れも行き届いています。森林浴には最高の場所です。

8月の暑い時期に行きましたが、岡山市内とは比べものにならないくらい涼しく、トレッキングも快適でした。整備も行き届いているので子供でも安全にトレッキングが楽しめます。

登山としても楽しめる

趣味で登山を始めたので、県北の中では行きやすい場所にあるこの公園に行きました。
ステート地点とした管理棟の標高が高いので、最高点で千ｍ超えでしたが、体力的に無理はありません。
県が整備しているので、とても歩きやすく快適でした。

新緑に森林公園いきました。バードウオッチングいろいろな鳥がみえましたよ。特にヤマセミにあえてよかったです！！
