The course wasn’t up to standard, very wet in places , the course looks very run down . Staff in pro shop need to be more specific with their Covid 19 rules , not allowed to share equipment when your living together with a partner. Also saying about Covid the ball drops to the bottom of the hole which means your touching the hole . The information given wasn’t very good.

Stunning Views, challenging course, fabulous location. What more could you possibly need? Oh.. and the sun shone! The Club House is clean and covid-19 ready. The Pro Shop is a total throwback We loved it and the Pro has been there over 40yrs which is just perfect!
Borth and Ynyslas have not changed in the 50+ years that I have been visiting, again perfect!
If you love the sea, the beach and Golf Borth and Ynyslas is a must. If you like pubs, nightlife and shops... stay in Aberystwyth!

Don’t get me wrong the course played lovely but I was very disappointed by the attitude of the safe in the pro shop and the information they gave us over the phone when we booked. The lady told us the normal price to play was £50 but due to an offer they were currently offering it was £30. She then told us to go onto 2fore1 as they are offering a deal on there currently, which we thanked her for. However when we got there and presented the 2 for 1 voucher she decided to then tell us that the voucher is charged at the full rate so instead of it being £60 for the 3 it would now be £80. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff and although we thoroughly enjoyed the golf and the course we will not be coming back 😢

We were looking for somewhere for lunch when we arrived in Borth. We came across the golf club by chance, they made us very welcome.
We had the Sunday Carvery which was very good value, which included desert in the price.

It’s a coastal links and quite narrow and challenging in places but fresh air . Sea air , sun , breeze ... it’s my favourite course for how I feel while I’m there ....

First visit to the area and had a great game here - friendly welcome and a true links - tight at the beginning and end between sea , reed beds and road and gorgeous mid section through the dunes - loved it and would relish the chance to play it again terrific little course ! Actually felt the green fees were totally fair at £32.
