After visiting our share of bodegas in Lujan de Cuyo we were quite shocked when entered Mevi. Once inside, nobody bothered to ask whether we wanted to have lunch or a wine tasting. We went straight to the restaurant - which was a simple room with few tables and a big window overlooking the somewhat messy vineyard. After some time we got a waitress to present us the menu. We chose to have a tasting of the reserves wines for 250ARS per person. The waitress then brought our glasses and three bottles of wine. Without a word she filled the glasses and left. The wines were very good; however, we could use some more info - or in this case ANY info :/ The whole experience was very mediocre with loads of flies following our every move. Would not recommend.

Great wine, even greater owner and service. Gino is an amazing person and his wine is absolutely delicious. Me and my partner had an amazing time at the winery, the Rosado and the Malbec are very tasty and so are the empanadas we had there. Thanks for everything Gino and wish you all the best. Un abrazo.

It’s a well maintained vineyard, like so many. They have a modern building with a cafe for tasting upstairs. We tried the reserva wines, which were good - you try three for 200 pesos. We also had something to eat - simple food is served at 750 pesos for two dishes of pasta with a glass of wine each. Disappointed no tours were available when we visited so we discovered nothing about the place.

Biked here from Mr. Hugos for lunch. The meals were nicely priced, about 750 ARS for two plates of pasta and wine. The vineyard was beautiful and the woman serving us was very kind. A nice, relaxing lunch before getting up and biking some more

I went to Mevi for my birthday, I was traveling alone and there I meet some guys and had a great moment. Gino the owner was really nice, he show us all the process and explain the history of the winery, we drink some wines and also they give me some ice cream and a small bottle for my birthday. Some of us where doing the bicycle wine tour and we stayed there till the winery got closed, so he called the rental bicycle company and asked them to leave the bicycles there and then he would take them to the place, that was really nice. The place is beautiful and the part that the owner show you the place makes it more special. Thanks Gino for make my birthday a special day.
