My family and I feel that this was one of the most memorable capes that we have been too in Okinawa and shouldn't be missed despite the far distance! It's totally worth the drive there! We went there in Jan when the wind was so strong and cold. But still we felt relaxed through the beautiful views and thoroughly enjoyed... More

80 mins driving was not waste of time at all since I've catched the moment. I had refreshing splash with cool breeze.

Yes, the Cape is quite far from almost anywhere, and yes, if the weather does not cooperate, you may have some difficulty exploring. However, it does not change the fact it was the worth the drive. If you are thinking about how to fit this in your itinerary, just find a way to do it. I would argue that this... More

Beautiful scenery. You can see Japan Sea from this Cape with stunning views of the multi-color water. The Space Chicken statute is quiet cheesy but cute.

Beautiful scenery. You can see East China Sea from this vantage point. A small path leads you around the cape. Quite windy too.

The view... was so majestic. you can see the natural landscape. The location is bit far from center island Okinawa. but you will never regret. and if i visit okinawa again, definitely I will go here.

It's a nice place. There are several overlooks. It's worth going to if you are going to visit other attractions near by.

Driving along the coast line of 58 is quite refreshing. After visiting Daiseki-rinzan which gave me good walking in the forest, stretching to the north end of Okinawa Ireland over the cliff Hedo was indeed worth visiting. On the way back, stopping off Yanbaru-kuina observatory was a bonus. Being welcomed by double rainbow at Michi-no-Eki was the 2nd bonus. In... More

For those of you that want to escape the built-up touristy trap of the South, and as long as you have four wheels, then, take a scenic route to Cape Hedo, or in Japanese term, Hedo Misaki. This happens to be the most northern point of Okinawa Island as well. It's only when you drive there that you realise that... More
