Good place to visit and new experience. Worth to visit again with different type of fruits during different season.

Loved the farm visit, probably one of my best memories of the trip. We got to pluck grapes(the purplish ones my favourite), apples (yellow ones were better than the red) and prunes (the staff told us to choose those with wrinkled skin). Definitely worth it to pay 2000yen to spend an unlimited amount of time at the farm, and bring home 2kg of the fresh fruits.

Visited this fruit farm with grandma and it was such a hit! The farm is easy to find by GPS and it's a 1 hour drive from Niseko. When we went there were grapes, peaches, apples, pears and prunes in season. It took us around 2 hours. When you arrive you get a small basket, scissors, knife and a small container for seeds and skin. It was 1200JPY for all you can eat, which 1)is amazing value considering how expensive this fruit is in my home country (!) And 2) means you can't take any away so you have to eat everything on site. We all ended up eating way more fruit than normal. Everything was amazingly tasty, except grapes which were still a bit sour.

Recommendations:
1) Bring a small wet cloth so you can wipe off the fruits before you eat them
2) Come with an empty stomach!

Unfortunately this was not a good detour
Perhaps it was wrong season (went 6aug)
Not much fruit on trees and it was expensive to pick or even just buying the prepacked fruits from their shop

The flowers surrounding the farms were beautiful though

The Farm was a bit soggy making it difficult to go around the many Cherry trees. Our assigned area had much fruit but none were sweet. Very disappointing !

There were two types of fees for admission. Pick and eat all in the farm or Pick and take away a certain quantity. Staff could speak some English and there was an explanation sheet in English if necessary.

Everyone was given a little basket and knife. In the grapevines area, you get a pair of scissors. In some areas, there were short ladders. We spent nearly 2 hours there. In September, grapes, apples, pears, prunes and peaches were available and there were plenty. There were like 5-6 varieties of grapes.

Many locals and tourists but not overly crowded. It was really fun for everyone. The kids made an effort to hunt for the sweetest peach. Bring your own wet tissue so it's more convenient. If possible, it's probably better to come here when the weather is good otherwise it can get fairly muddy on some spots.

We were able to try all you can eat cherries (yellow), blueberries and plums. Very friendly staff gave us trays to sit our seeds and peels out into them. Cherries were delicious, the blueberries were mind-blowing and the plums were like eating into a handful of sugar. Maybe we came at the right time but many other fruits were planted in the orchards.
We ate for an hour and we would of paid ten times the price if we had bought this fruit at the supermarket.

It's a bit drizzling when we were there but a good experience picking cherries. Most of them are not really ripe yet and are in yellow Colours. Hard to find those red type which we buy frm supermarkets.

Even though is yellow but it's sweet and nice compared to those in supermarkets.

Prices is a bit expensive even from their own farm.

But anyway it's a nice drive all the way thru as u can see beautiful scenery along the way.
