Learn to ski and snowboard with confidence with Hokkaido Ski Club. Based in Niseko, Japan, we offer tailored Private Ski and Snowboard Lessons and Mountain Guiding Tours. Our team of fun, patient and highly experienced local and international instructors will take care of you on the mountain. From first time and beginners to advanced levels, children to adults, we will bring out the best in you so you don't miss out on the snow experience you deserve.

I have tried many schools before and nothing compares to the Hokkaido Ski Club, Miha, Anthea and everyone else. It is impossible to imagine Niseko without them and I genuinely improved year after year with them. They do not only “accompany” you on the mountain. They actually teach you and make you a better skier! Amazing results – thank you!

It's wonderful to know that we've been able to make a positive impact on your skiing experience and that you feel it's impossible to imagine Niseko without us.
We take great pride in our team of instructors and their ability to not only accompany our guests on the mountain but to actually teach and help them become better skiers. We're so glad that our efforts have been effective in your case.

We are a beginners of snowboarding. The last time we went to snowboarding was 3 years ago in Korea. I am also a slow learner. We both are so happy to have Jimmy being our 2-half day tutor. He is patient and professional. He was very willing to explain when I asked questions. He was very understanding too. He pulled me up every time I fall. I finally could complete a S turn slowly and get off the lift properly at the end of the 2nd lesson.

From the bookings done online and the communication until I arrived was fantastic. Anthea helped me a lot from the booking for classes to the equipment rentals. The pick up at my chalet was on time.The instructors Tim and Emily were so nice and friendly and very, very helpful. Fantastic experienced teachers.My 11 year old twin daughters who have never skied before were doing runs by the 3rd day.They were so sad when classes came to an end. I would definitely recommend them and will be booking them again for sure next ski season.

Me and my husband together with our 27 year old son went on a half day of skiing. It was me and our son’s first ski experience. Anthea (our instructor) was very good, patient and superbly nice (not to mention an expert on skiing!) Although our trip is very short, we felt everything was coordinated from the time of pick up from the station, to getting our ski gears, and grabbing a quick lunch (yes Hokkaido ski club helped us with all those). We are looking forward to coming back and will definitely get them again. I highly recommend them!

I booked private lessons with Anthea during my snowboarding trip in Feb 2017. It was so much fun. She very patiently taught me how to improve my skills even though I was improving at a snail's pace. She is super upbeat and knows all the best spots to avoid the crowds and find fresh powder. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone of all snowboard/ski levels, just remember to book your lessons in advance. Already booked my lessons for Jan 2018, super looking forward!

I was coached by Coach Josh at HSC and the coaching was amazing. He was very kid friendly,energetic and helped my sister and I improve by leaps and bounds.

My son Evan had so much fun and remarkable snow boarding experience with coach Adir at Niseko during Christmas. Adir is a very nice man with humor, professional and patience. Evan likes him a lot and I think lots of kids like him as well.

A big shoutout to Miha for recommending Coach Adir to us!
One of the best coach ever! He is so awesome, always full of energy, fun and he is very good with kids.
Our son, Ethan enjoys his snowboarding lessons with Coach Adir and it’s his 1st time and with Coach Adir’s guidance he did it so well and we are so proud of him.
Definitely the TOP ski school with awesome coaches!

This is the first time my sons had ski classes with a private instructor. Previously was group lessons. And the feedback was very positive and you know how teenagers can be fussy?! They had so much fun and learn so much from the instructor Adir. Able to teach in a simple way for the boys to execute. And the credentials of the instructors are all very impressive. Thank you Adir!
