We cycled on the pont canal on our way to Carcassonne and came across that ingenious contraption; a suspended canal over the Garonne and diverse urban features. Well worth the visit.

Perfect place to wander and take in the local views. Easily accessible and paved with a number of locks where you can watch the canal users in action. Highly recommended

We traveled down by canal. When tied up in port Moissac I biked back and walked over the viaduct - 1k away from the port. Beautiful views and with the afternoon sun one of the prettiest I have seen in 100-200k of canals.

Very beautiful and worth a visit if you are near Moissac. Situated a little distance out of town, but accessible on foot along the canal, which is a beautiful walk under plane trees

I have crossed this bridge on foot, bicycle and boat and the feat of engineering never fails to amaze me. A lovely walk from Moissac and great views over the river.
