We hired mini bus with 15 seats, our driver Wayan Subagia was polite, cooperative, driving was smooth and professional.
The bus was always clean and comfortable.

I booked a 17 seater bus from Ubud to Pemutetan then back to Sanur. Our driver both ways was Made Decong who I couldn’t recommend more highly. The coach was clean and comfortable and Made was happy to stop along the way for sightseeing. The correspondence by email was also very efficient. We come to Bali frequently and next time we require a coach will have no hesitation in recommending them - thank you.

We travelled as a group of 8 adults in October. We contacted Mr Ketut and hired 10 seated minibus. He responded immediately and gave us competitive rates.
We were picked up from airport at right time and throughout our tour bus was very punctual. Full marks to Mr Nauman, our bus driver, who is gem of a person. Very polite and punctual.He also guided us on our tour.
Bus was very comfortable and Nauman was a safe driver. It is only because of theses people our tour was hassle free. Mr Ketut also arranged for us a tour to Nusa Penida. I would recommend this tour operator to people visiting bali. You will be getting excellent treatment. 5 stars out of 5.

I am the owner of the company Lifetime experience. We booked the bus in January 2020 for our group of 21 people for one week. Everything went so smooth. The communication and service was great. We are looking forward for our great cooperation also in the future! Terima Kasih.

We 6 persons hired mini bus from this company in June second week. Got replies to our emails promptly for vehicle confirmation. Bus was new, comfortable always clean during our travel and sightseeing. Driver Calvin was polite, cooperative. Driving was smooth. Overall it was very professional warm experience. We strongly recommend service of this Company.

I ordered a mini bus for 15 people with a driver for 2 full days and had no complaints.
The company representative and driver was friendly, honest and helpful. Our bus was new and clean. If you need a mini bus when visiting Bali then look no more. I will use Bali Bus rental again when I am back. Thank you Ketut and Made.

We booked the 15 seater mini charter bus with mr wayan kabdi. They were very flexible with changes we made to our plans before and during the trip. We hired the bus on our last day in Bali until we had to go to the airport for a midnight flight. Mr wayan kabdi was very polite and on time. It was great we could keep our luggage on the bus while we spent the whole day shopping and exploring different areas. We would definitely book again. Next time we will use this service to take a day trip to ubud. Thank you for your kind service

Excellent experience with them last month. We used two of their mid sized busses to transport guests for our wedding & they were a delight to deal with. Communicating online prior to arrival was easy with all confirmations done via email. On the day they were prompt, timely & safe. Would recommend them for your bus needs in Bali.

I hired drivers bali 10 seater mini van for 6 of us. My. Wayan was assigned to help us. We booked for 4 days and each day 10 hours.
Mr. Wayan was on time every day. He was familar with all places. He was a very safe driver. No rash driving. He spoke good english. We as a family felt safe with him. I strongly recommend driverSbali.

We are a group of 6 and needed a larger vehicle to get us around comfortably. Contact made via email and WhatsApp was very easy and prompt responses.
Hired a 12 seater bus for the day and our driver was at our hotel ready to take us, on time and with a friendly welcome.
Mr Nyoman Dahma performance in the usual Bali traffic was outstanding. His care for his passengers was amazing.
Had a wonderful day out, I recommend this company and its staff highly.
Will use their service again for sure!

What’s the max pax that you can accommodate?

the can accommodate 12pax. We came into Bali early morning at 7am and could not check in until 3. So we had him pick us up at airport, took us to a restaurant for breakfast and took us direct to our tour, saving on transfer. Bus driver is a good guide to take group around Bali. We carried our luggage around and we checked in later in the afternoon. Same thing too on our departure date which was late in the afternoon. We were able to use the bus to take us to other parts and thentake us to airport. We saved on transfers and paid the daily rental rate only.

I am considering to book a group tour in the month of November with Bus Rental. I had few queries I thought you would be the best one to address.
1. How was the service provider's service qualtiy? Flexible/Rigid
2. Will I get vehicles for 24 hrs from here?
3. Was there a part payment option with them?
4. Are there any Indians there whom I can speak to for any help/guidance?
5. Were the ac buses comfortable?
6. Were the drivers charging any extra tips/nagging you for additional services apart from the one you asked for?
7. Were the drivers cooperative when asked for multiple trips/rounds when booked over a day?

Service and quality were great - buses clean, comfortable and air conditioned.
Not sure about payment plans - we just paid driver in cash at end of day. No nagging for tips at all.
You pay for hours not trips. They will take you anywhere in Bali within hours allocated. We went for 10 hrs - from 8am to 6pm.
Overall would recommend them and will be using them again this September when I return there for another holiday with 9 family members in total.
