Was totally disappointed!! Went for a relaxing spa day for my mates 40th and the whole time your laying there all you can hear is the loud pop music, people screaming, Builder’s working. I would have had a better experience in down town Kuta - will not be going back or recommending to friends. It was also really overpriced and you nearly got carried away by the flies.

We came here after the sunrise walk up the volcano. I have to say the Hot Spring should be renamed luke warm springs, we also paid for entry and breakfast. The breakfast was an all you can eat and both me and my wife left after only one mouthful , it looked like it had been left out all morning it was cold and the amount of flys around just made it feel so dirty and unclean. It says it natural hot springs but I think it’s really just a hot pool. Would definitely NOT recommend this place. Next door did look nice.

This place is advertised as as a healthy hot spring but it is absolutely not. You can expect a filthy, lukewarm public swimming pool. We asked several of the staff whether there was a mistake and as an answer all of them gave some variation of “try another pool”, which we did in vain.

Locker rooms are decrepit and in maintained.

Food is overpriced (breakfast cost us >250K) and is covered in flies. We obviously ate none of it.

We were charged for all of these things before we could see what we were buying and even though we promptly returned to the front desk to get a refund before using the facilities we were told that because we walked past the front desk we were not allowed a refund. It is also impossible to speak to a manager as the employees simply pretend to call the manager and the manager pretends not to be on premises.

Altogether we lost about 1,000,000 Rp.

Food quality was so bad 👎🏽, service was meh, natural ‘hot’ spring was…… NOT HOT. I dipped my foot and left. Overpriced especially for tourists. And definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a hot spring experience after mount batur hike or having lunch.

Avoid it a all costs. Dirty. Locker rooms are combined with toilets and it stinks. Ceilings on the floor and swimming area are broken and have sharp corners - take care for your legs. Lots of angry people in the lobby after they realized “service” the got from here. Tickets are absolutely non refundable. With all this negative reviews the only reason it still operates is agreement with tourist operators to bring lots of unaware people while doing volcano tours. Totally disappointed

We went there with my boyfriend after the climb to mount Batur and wanted to relax in hot water since the place claims to have “hot” pools. So the pools are hardly room temperature. Everything is not new and looking used. The breakfast is just awful, bugs everywhere and the dishes doesn’t seem to be clean. The staff just lies to you about every:water temperature, what breakfast includes and you pay for each additional request. So I asked if breakfast includes coffee if I but it and was told “yes”. After I hot a breakfast purchased- I was told that for smoothie I have to pay extra. And yeah, tickets are non-refundable so whatever lies you hear and buy, you want be able to get your money back.

Horrendous. Our driver took us here after a sunrise trip up mount batur - they are clearly on commission to take tourists there. The place is so dirty and smelly. There is a sign saying no refunds so they obviously get asked that a lot. The water is not a hot spring but rather a luke warm, filthy pool. Avoid at all costs!

Scam - most stuff is closed and it’s not the hot spring you would expect.

Extremely overpriced and that’s why they warn of you no refunds before you go in, because they don’t want to have to refund everyone as they know they’ll be unhappy.

Easily the worst part of Bali.

First of all, I can't even believe this kind of business is still running until now. My friend and I went to Toya Devasya on 23 Dec 2017 with the intention to try their hot spring. The moment we arrived, we were already shocked seeing 2 separate entrances: DOMESTIC ENTRANCE and FOREIGN ENTRANCE. I am Indonesian and my friend is a European. I took him to come with me to this so-called Domestic Entrance to check the prices there. The information we got from the girl at the ticket sale counter was just beyond unbelievable. Not only that they have different prices for locals and foreigners (60,000 IDR for local and 180,000 IDR or 3x more expensive for foreigner), they also separate the pools for Indonesians and foreigners!!! Can you even believe??? We might still accept it if it's just the entrance fees that differ (since many places in Bali apply the same regulation) as long as we can still bathe together in the same pool. But this?! I asked the girl, "So I cannot enjoy the hot spring together with my friend, because he's a foreigner?" and she answered "Oh yes you can, but you need to go to the Foreign Entrance and go to the foreign pool, and you also need to pay foreign entrance fee." I was just so done. Without any doubt, we left this place and went to another hot spring in the area that just makes much more sense (I'm not gonna mention the name of the other hot spring cause I don't want Toya Devasya, TripAdvisor, or anyone to think this is a fake review from a competitor because this is OUR REAL EXPERIENCE). This form of racism seriously should stop. People should not support this business because it is just not right and it just creates a bad image about Indonesia. Avoid this place as much as you can.

cause this time rain i ask about resto, and some body bring me to resto crossover the rain, but until resto seat (gazebo) full it's very very bad when raining cause we are wet. and a man in resto service bring me to villa resto cross over the rain again.
in villa resto we order coffee and banana freid for waiting raining finish (this price very expensive).
after rain finish when we want back to ubud, the baby crying wanna swimming at hot spring pool, 15 minute after that we wanna back and than some body officer talk to me for surcharge 100 rupiah per person cause entry the pool. we complain cause only one adult accompany the baby swimming. and the security man his name marta jaya with coarse talk to we are, and i ask who the manager in duty?? not in here say they are (it's very stupid resort manager in duty not in place).
