I went to this coffee plantation. The sample coffees were amazing, therefore I bought 4 types of coffees to take home with me. The coffee was expensive, therefore you would think the purchases would be the same as the samples tasted. It is not the same, the coffees have been diluted with powdered milk. Not good and rather disappointing.

Went here for a tasting during an organised tour and was pleasantly surprised that there was not a sign of a hard sell, rather we were supplied with what must have been a dozen different hot drinks to taste, most of which were delicious, also provided with the opportunity to buy packets afterwards.

a nice experience , you will taste some coffee and tea varieties but they are expensive if you buy from the mini market inside

We made a visit with a local guide and it was very interesting since they explained to us how they manually made the coffee (they even offered us to participate in the making) and later they gave us samples of their coffees and teas which were all delicious. We bought practically every flavour they offered us and they taste the same at home. Very kind employees. We really recommend a visit to this place.

They make you taste some coffee and tea afterwards you can buy some at their small shop. We bought some packs of net 200 gr coffee. When I measured the weights later, to my surprise they were significantly less than 200 gr. Plus the taste is different than what you try.

So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING unless you want to pay much more and not get what you paid for.

We visited this place as part of a downhill bike tour. We wish that we skipped this part of the tour. The employees laughed at me when I said thank you in Indonesian instead of Balinese. They made me feel upset and embarrassed. The internet recommends you speak Indonesian in Bali since it’s understood by all. This is the only place I received a negative reaction whereas everywhere else people were delighted I could speak a bit of Indonesian. They also keep Luwaks in small cages which is unethical. The toilets were disgusting and unhygienic. The coffee products they sell are diluted with powdered milk and sugar as mentioned by another reviewer.

This is one such places which should be visited when you go Bali. The coffee plantations and the ways they make the coffee is all shown to the visitors and we were given almost 10 different types of coffee to taste and enjoy with awesome natural beauty around us. We could see the coffee beans, cocoa pods- the chocolate plant, black pepper plant and vanilla plants in the plantation and the speciality was the mongoose coffee or the luwak coffee which is processed by the mongoose itself. The mongoose is fed the coffee beans and the faeces of mongoose is then collected and processed to get a different coffee altogether. It was also given to us for trying but we didn't try that, haha.
This was a new and unique place we visited in Bali and would remember this visit always. Should thank the owners for their hospitality who allow the tourists to go around their plantations and offer so many coffee flavours to taste. Although they also sale all these materials but if you don't buy also they won't complaint. We visited them in 2015 and memories still afresh. Worth visiting...
