It will restart the service in few months. It offer a unique view to the city and allow you to visit Piazzo, a very nice place on top of the Biella's hill

Buy your ticket at the upper part. € 1,20 for 1 hour return and € 1,80 for a 24-hours return. Short ride but nice to do.

it's a very short trip but has its fashion expecially at night. the funicular takes you to quartiere del pazzo where you can also find some good restaurant. open till late it only costs you €1.20 each
