You would expect this standard in London or Milan, but here in Le Marche? But this whole area is full of culture and most villages have a good theatre, but Fermo is still a surprise. A credit to the area.

Lovely little city and bought tickets to the attractions through the tourist center. The theater was lovely. A guide is helpful to explain the theater. Recommended

As Italian Teatros go this is right up there. It's beautifully maintained and its five tiers surrounding the stage offer wonderful views.
I would recommend Tier 3. Not too high, not too low. Perfect for the experience.
Visited on a charity gospel night 'Ancora in Coro' in 21/12/2015, which was fun and heartwarming.

That is a beautiful theatre. 5 tiers and stunning interior. The theatre is located almost on the top of the hill right in the centre of historical town Fermo. They hold Andrea Postacchini International Violin Competitions once a year. It was a great experience for us!

The Teatro dell'Aquila (literally "the Eagle's theatre) is absolutely stunning. From the outside, you probably won't know that you are looking at it, but the inside is exceptional with very elegants decorations. Definitely worth it.

We called by whilst a violin competition was being held and were fortunate enough to be able to sit in the audience and listen to the brilliant young violinists. It really highlighted the beautiful building and the acoustics. memorable!!!!!!!

One of the most impressive theaters of the XVIII century in central Italy, "Teatro dell'Aquila" is fantastic! Artistically it is gorgeous, and it has got a lot of decorations... all of this makes this one of the my favourite theatres in Italy.
Eventually.: excellent theatre in a small city... but full of art!
