Old terme, not really clean. A lot of black mold on tiles. Slides are older, somewhat they are not working in the same time. One day I was searching for bathroom cleaners inside for about 3 hours and I didn't find anyone. Bathrooms clogged, water from pools everywhere. It was a nice family vacation, but I would expect more. It gets soooo crowded, the biggest pool outside was awful. People on people on people.
A lot of natural shadows and sunbeds, though.

Enough pools, clean water, but everything outdated, expensive (Restaurant Rašoška) and not good food in restaurants and bars (only fries etc.), not enough sunbeds, which are dirty, and people are completely wild, they are rude, jump everywhere, nobody respects any rules, it's not safety. A boy kicked me to backbone, I had pains already, not is worser and spa staff didn't care, they look completely bored. The staff should take care much more about cleanness.

Went there with my family and it is a nice location to go and splash around. A lot of space where you can lay down, especially grass. In my opinion more family oriented terme with a few rides for adults. My 3 year old son had a blast and my 12 year old daughter could not stop jumping in the pool from the trampoline. The rides cold need a little TLC. Not a aquapark.

Five of the ten slides are closed. The reason for this is 'Keine Papieren'. These do not open again during our holiday. Breakfast is good, unfortunately not any variety. Hotel Ajda is quickly ten minutes to fifteen minutes walk from our cottage. Cottages are reasonable. You're missing shelves and hooks to hang something. The cleaning is terrible. We have been here a week now and not once has the toilet been cleaned or the floor mopped. I ended up doing this myself with a broken broom. The kettle is full of soapy water and therefore cannot be used. If you want to do the laundry you can only do it during the day, even if there is someone present in the evening you are just sent away. For the second time now, I've been waiting almost an hour for someone on staff to fix the safe. Doesn't feel very safe that everyone's been grabbing in our vault. Staff at the children's animation are friendly. During the week there are quite enough beds by the pool, but on the lawn it is an invasion of ants that you constantly have to beat off yourself and your bed. On weekends when the locals also come it is far too busy and not to get a cot. No umbrellas so shade only from the trees where all kinds of pests also come from. Pool bars are mostly closed or only open on weekends. There is no separation between the upper and lower floor so if one person is awake the whole house is awake. On Sundays they 'clean' between 7 and 9 o'clock, we were still 'lucky' that we did not have someone at the door until eight. All in all nice for a day or two but two weeks is really too long and everything is dirty by now.

Poorly maintained and quite dirty. 56 € Aquapark ticket for family of 4 is a bit much fo the quality you get! A third rate spa. The staff is bored and looked bothered if asked anything. Would not recommend it to anyone!

We were staying at Prekmurska vas and were using Terme 3000 for some days. There is a lot of waterslides for young and also for young at heart :) It was pretty crowded.
Everything was OK but everything also needs some maintenance work. There should be more of deckchairs.
There's a lot of mosquitos in the shade.
Thai massage was also nice.

I have already been in Terme3000 in 2009 when it was great. But nowdays it is terrible, no renovation for 10 years, the toilett, the sunbeds and the house of stairs to sliders were very dirty. I think the price isn' t worth. The one of good experience was the sliders. If you want to spend a enjoying day in a,, aquacity'', you don' t choose Terme 3000.

Old spa, definitely to be renovated.
The only new exterior slides were closed.
Long and beautiful outside slides but too much tail from a certain time onwards. You have to wait half an hour on the stairs.
Outdoor pools with warm water, you are fine only if outside is very hot.
There is the 5m trampoline.
Hot indoor pools, with waterfalls and several whirlpools but unfortunately they worked halfway. You pay the whole ticket though, and well too!
Great smell of fry inside due to the bar present that starts cooking at 9 am.
Definitely to see but not to return

Sensible and really good at "Thermal park Terme 3000".
Free access as we stayed at Hotel Livida Prestige *****, which is part of Sava Hotels & Resorts.
In the high season there are many people, as all three hotels, campsite etc. and the public have access.
With the option of pools both outside and inside as well as several slides for all ages and abilities.

Ciao.
