Castlefranco Di sopra was very close to our farm house. We took a hiking tour of the Crags. It was amazing! Andrea was our guide, he was outstanding. It was 10kilometers, bring water, a camera , and hiking shoes! We started at the Badia Soffena, which was beautiful. Hiked up and around the Crags. A great adventure to a farmhouse for lunch then ends at a local winery

This is a very little, but adorable town in Toscany. Rounded by hills, one can spend great time here. Also, there are this Agriturismo places to stay. Well worth.

This town has a small old part with mostly local people off the tourist areas.
Nice location and great agroturismo with top views and friendly staff in the area.
For relaxing, hiking, views and the small town feeling, nothing much else there other than the area's top restaurant, the very Italian Osteria Setteponti, but that one is worth a multiple visit if you are into simple, good qualily traditional local food. Great place to practice your Italian :)

Don't take your friends here, you will get in a fight then one of you will disassociate while the other two fight, I would not recommend this experience.

Castelfranco di Sopra is a boring town...not much to see. It's a place to stay away from all the huzzle and buzzle of the larger towns nearby.
