No range of pineapples to eat, the park is geared towards children and has a gauntlet of shopping stalls to run for the last hundred metres. The outdoor pineapple growing part was cool, the sea shell exhibition was good but I had no idea what it has to do with pineapples... The theme song will stay with you for the... More

Only suitable for young kids, will be boring for older kids. Short tour around the area looking at pineapples, spent more time in the souvenir shop than the park!

We came here one year ago and we came again last week with my two kids. I had lots of fun in my first visit. However I didn't feel the same this year. The entrance fee has gone up. The cart ride has shortened this year. Same shops with lots of touristy stuffs to buy. One time is enough.

There isn't much to the actual park - it felt like an obligatory way to get people into the shops. It was still a novel way to spend a couple of hours - loved the pineapple soft serve.

The admission fee was fair. It's just ¥850 per ticket, including a park tour on a pineapple cart. We've got a great experience over there.

You ride an automated golf cart through the "park" while listening to an audio recording through very small and quiet speakers. I believe it told a lot about pineapples but I couldn't really hear it. You get off on and go through an extensive collection of sea shells. Then the real commercialism starts. There is a sea shell shop then... More

I can understand why they charge the 850 Yen per adult entry fee as you get a free gold buggy style ride through their Pineapple park (it's small) which is meant to educate guests about the Okinawan Pineapple Industry and they give you a fair amount of free samples in the shops (obviously, to try and entice you to buy).... Fun stop to learn about the pineapple industry. You take a short ride on an electric golf cart through the pineapple park to learn about pineapples and how they are grown and harvested. Then you can sample and buy the many different pineapple products for sale.
