Jersey Land is the largest farm of Jersey Cows in all of Japan. You can pet/feed them here if they're about for a small fee, and also buy products like yogurt and coffee made from their milk. Entry is free, and the restaurant attached does a good cheese fondue (for Japan's general standard of cheese, this place isn't half bad). As a Brit, cows are pretty much an animal you can see every day, so personally it wasn't the most exciting place in the world, but the scenery is gorgeous and it's worth a visit. Especially for the ice-cream.

Jersey land is a dairy farm in Maniwa. Here you can see, pet, and help milk cows. The scenery from the farm is gorgeous, and the cows are pretty cute. Visitors have the opportunity to feed and ride horses (for a price). They also serve the most delicious ice cream and I would go back just for that, haha. Overall, a pretty neat stop over that gets you a nice view and in the company of some pretty friendly cows.

Jerseyland is a great place to get wonderful soft serve ice cream, and also experience local dairy farm activities. The cows are located in pastures just up a steep hill, which is not too far from the parking lot. Periodically throughout the day, the staff will bring one out for a public milking (which I think you can participate in). You can also feed and ride horses at Jerseyland.

You don't need too much Japanese for here, though it would be helpful if you want to milk a cow or ride a horse. Not very wheelchair accessible.

There's a big field with sunflowers in the summer and cute decorations year round. The restaurant serves really good cheese fondue and ice cream. After lunch we went to the stable, it was fun to feed little horses and try horse riding there. We also bought good quality beef for BBQ at their shop.
