My. Yufu is the symbol of Yufuin. It can be seen everywhere from Yufuin when the weather is kind enough to observe. Pictures of Yufuin without Mt. Yufu are something that essential parts are missed.

Mostly an up and down hike with spectacular scenery at the top. Did this in March with frozen trees at the top, very pretty. Not too strenuous if you have a basic level of fitness. Good signage though worth reading about the route before hand....More
