播磨赤松氏の歴史

室町時代の播磨の赤松氏の家臣の粟生氏からとった神戸電鉄の粟生駅。このお寺のそばに島村城があったということで真宗のお寺が創られたそうです。コンパクトな本堂ですが、立ち寄り程度で、充分な歴史的学習の成果は得られませんでした。

粟生駅に近い真宗大谷派寺院

粟生駅から程近い場所に立つ真宗大谷派寺院です。境内に入ると正面に本堂が配置されていました。周辺は田園も広がる地帯の一角でした。特に門の傍に広がる松の枝が特徴的でした。
