My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this attraction. We got a great workout walking the trails and enjoyed the spectacular views from the scenic lookouts and suspension bridge. We weren't brave enough to try the zipline but we did watch young people as they screamed their way down. Reading about the Indian tribe that used to live in... More

Perfect to visit in a hot day since these caves are very refreshing, lol... they have many caves to see, specially it was fun to try the "Fatman Misery" The Zip-line goes by to fast but lots of fun. A little bit disappointed whit the suspension bridge but ok.

Scenic Caves Nature Adventure. What do You envision. If your thinking of a large rock with a crack in it then you will enjoy this. If Not you will be disappointed in the CAVES. The other attractions are OK . Not recommended with people who have health issues hiking and walking.

There is a nice short hike through the caves with the kids. My kids love the playground. We played mini golf and the kids did gemstone mining as well. The suspension bridge is always fun. It's not a cheap day - at $115 for a family of 4.

We live in Blue Mountains and have visited Scenic Caves for the self guided exploration many times. We decided to book this guided tour with our 10 year old son because he wanted to try the zipline. It is different than the self guided tour. We were very impressed. The staff were professional, friendly and very informative. We booked a... More

My friends and I came here on a Saturday at about 10:30am. It wasn't that busy considering it was a weekend in June with super nice weather. The entrance fee was approximately $25 which was reasonable. You were allowed to bring your own food/snacks/drinks so we had a nice picnic on the benches. There are benches all around the property.... More

We went here on a Tuesday, July 19, but the place had a good amount of visitors. The parking lot was actually full. The place was nicely kept. There was a nice po d with a fountain where people can sit and relax. The hiking trails were kept as natural as possible with safety and convenience in place - signs... More

Thank you Becky for your positive feedback regarding the caves, caverns, crevasse trail. Because the property is located in a designated UNESCO world biosphere reserve, the natural beauty is balanced with providing a safe experience for all ages. We are thrilled that the highlight for you was the Thunderbird Twin Zipline. For clarification, it’s the longest ‘twin zip’ in Canada.... More

Beautiful grounds , good zip lining , suspension bridge but the caves did not live up to our expectations. Most of the time we were walking in crevices in the mountain and two small caves that we had to wait in line for an hour and only went into the mountain for 50 feet. Not much of an adventure. we... Thank you for your feedback Richard. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the manicured property, ziplining, suspension bridge, views, adventure playground and picnic area. We describe Scenic Caves as a series of chambers, with sculptured cliffs, overhanging rocks, boulders, tight passageways and jig-saw puzzle fractures carved from glacial ice. The self-guided hike is not recommended for anyone with... More

This is a fun walk for the agile with cracks and crevices to explore - however they are quite tight spaces so many can't fit into them. The trails are peaceful, not too long and provide a good workout. The suspension bridge was very scenic. Add the mini golf to end your day and it's a reasonably priced afternoon of... More

Thank you for your review Jacqueline. As you suggest, physical dexterity is required to navigate uneven and rocky ground through the caves/caverns/crevasses. Trails require hiking up and down steep, narrow metal stairs (not all have handrails). If you are unsure about squeezing through the famous 14” wide “Fat Man’s Misery”, you can opt to walk around to the other side.... More
