西条駅の南口から酒蔵通りを東に向かいました。まもなく、左手に西条本町歴史広場があり、その向かいに白牡丹酒造がありました。
白牡丹酒造は、1675年創業という県内でも古い歴史をもつ酒蔵です。本当に真っ白で美しい白壁となまこ壁が連なっていました。
見学室があり、そこにはこちらのお酒を愛飲していたという棟方志功とのやりとりの手紙や、創業300年を記念して描いたという絵画も展示されていました。
白牡丹酒造は、1675年創業という県内でも古い歴史をもつ酒蔵です。本当に真っ白で美しい白壁となまこ壁が連なっていました。
見学室があり、そこにはこちらのお酒を愛飲していたという棟方志功とのやりとりの手紙や、創業300年を記念して描いたという絵画も展示されていました。

29年の金賞受賞した大吟醸が素晴らしく美味しかったのでお土産に一本頂きました。
これも美味しいですよと薦めていただいたいちの雫ワイングラスで頂きたいお酒でした。
きれがよくお料理を邪魔しないお酒でした。ここの酒造は駅から一番近いのでここで試飲頂きすぎると最後まで楽しめないかもですよ・・・
最初からお土産の買いすぎ飲みすぎには注意です。
これも美味しいですよと薦めていただいたいちの雫ワイングラスで頂きたいお酒でした。

西条酒蔵通りにある酒蔵で西条駅に一番近いです、ポケットパーク沿いにある延宝殿は白壁の土蔵で見ごたえがあります、赤レンガの煙突もいいです、お店では試飲して買うことが出来ます。

西条酒巡りの１つである白牡丹酒造です。甘いお酒が印象的です。酒造横には水を汲める場所があり、地元の方と思われる方がペットボトルに沢山水を汲んでらっしゃいました。地元にも愛されている酒造の１つと感じます。酒造前は、大きな道ではないのですが、車が沢山通っていますので、散策の際は気をつけてください。

西条駅の南側を東西に延びている酒蔵通りを、駅前から東に向かって歩きました。数分歩くと、右手に白壁となまこ壁と西条格子が素敵な蔵のような建物がありました。その建物が、白牡丹酒造でした。
白牡丹酒造は、300年以上の歴史を誇る酒蔵です。展示室があり、そこには棟方志功が白牡丹のために制作した版画などが並んでいました。試飲や限定酒の販売もありますよ。

酒蔵めぐりの最後のほうで来ました。棟方志功作のラベルが印象的でした。建物が古く風情と趣がありました。試飲はやっていませんでした。販売は大きめの瓶だけでした。

JR西条駅近くの酒造メーカー巡りの際に最初に訪れたメーカーです。西条で、最も歴史がある酒造メーカーとの事、とても歴史を感じました。通り沿いに長く続く酒蔵の白い壁と、レンガ造りで「ハクボタン」と書かれた煙突が何とも良い雰囲気を造り出していました。

棟方志功との縁が深く、棟方志功が作成した版画をお酒のラベルにしてります。その「元画」を白牡丹酒造のレセプションルームで観ることができます。

西条酒蔵巡りで白牡丹にも行きました。見学では棟方志功のラベルの展示があって、お酒のラベルに棟方志功があったんだと勉強になりました。ラベルが一番楽しめて小さな美術館に来た感じでした。

初めての西条で酒蔵巡りをしました。こちらは西条のたくさんある酒蔵の中でもかなり歴史があるようです。試飲もありましたが、なぜか試飲できたお酒は購入できず、購入できるお酒が限られていたのが残念でした。純米酒を1本買ってみました。
