Indeed beautiful (although I have seen similar and better beaches in Spain and Portugal) but so terribly small that one wonders if this classifies as a beach in the first place. The main problem is that it is so popular and small that it is almost impossible to find a place to sit let alone lie down. Note: no restaurants, steep climb down, and big stones in the water. Bring your own food and drinks.

This is NOT the best beach on Adriatic, but it is an unusual one for Europe. It’s located on the bottom of the cliff and is south-facing. This means three things: you will need to walk down to it from a car park on top of the cliff and climb back up (pretty easy walk for us, not suitable for baby buggies or bad knees though), there is no natural shade (bring sun screen, hat, umbrella, water and whatever else you’ll need in full sun) and rocks CAN come down from the rockface above so pick your seat strategically just in case.
Other things worth considering: it’s a pebble beach so water shoes will make it more comfortable to walk on and get in/out of water (we were fine without them). There are no lifeguards so if you can’t swim, don’t attempt to. There are no facilities so pee and put your swimwear on before you get there and bring your own food and drink (and take rubbish back with you). There also is no network coverage so unless you have driven yourself there, make pickup arrangements in advance - there is mobile reception in the car park and in some spots on the way, but no internet until you’re back near the main road.
So with all this, why bother going there? Because it’s a beautiful, breathtaking walk down and back up, because the swimming is decent and because it’ll make you feel like you’re in an adventure. It’s unique in a sense that it’s secluded and under a big ole piece of rock.

Definitely worth to come to this beach. the road is quite narrow but okay. There is some place to leave the car. Beach is a pretty crowd and you will not find there any shower. Howe the views and cleanness of the water are superb. Be prepared for around 10 minutes walk down to reach the beach and a bit more to go up again while coming back.

Nice place, beautiful view, nice beach, overcrowded in July. It has a steep approach, few sections were slippy due to small stones. It does not look very safe when you are under 50m cliff. Water was nice and clean. Road is in terrible condition, full of holes bad surface and very narrow.

I was going to Pasjaca beach alone on June 2019 in the evening and the beach was empty. It was amazing moment because the beach and route to the beach was very beautiful. Little bit long route but easy to go.

I was already thinking that it's totally perfect beach. There are not many this kind of beach in the whole world. Then I was walking away to my car and I heard noise from the beach. There wasn't anybody. I didn't see anything special. Then I heard noise again and I realized that two big rocks had fallen to the beach from very high. Size was about a head. I was very lucky, because I weren't on the beach on that moment. And nobody else either. If I was then I maybe wouldn't write this...That's why only three stars.

So good luck for everyone going to the beach!

Terrible to drive to. Terrible to walk to and away from. Can’t lay down, can’t walk on it, can’t stand in the sea. Overcrowded. High risks of stone falling which would likely be fatal. No shade or drinks

I never saw a beach like this. Its basically situated on the foot of a large cliffand very secluded. Great for a swim, but if you plan to stay a bit longer (and you should!) then come prepared - anything that gives shade is a must have as the beach is sunny from morning till evening.

Also a very narrow street leads up to it so be prepared to do a lot of backing up to let other drivers through ;)

The beach is beautiful indeed, but it's really dangerous because of stones randomly falling from cliffs. On June 28th brick sized stones bombarded the beach and the water, destroying someone's umbrella. It was on a normal sunny day. Not windy, not after rain. Unexpected.

You can probably stay relatively safe under the overhanging cliffs, but I wouldn't spend time in the open beach space or in water again.

Go here if you would like to enjoy a beautiful beach and surroundings. A lot of climbing to get thereand back (!), but it is worth it! No bars, restaurants or toilets - just the beach. :)

With most of the coast being rocky and cliffy, people became creative in exploring the few beaches they have. Pasjaca is one of the best examples as the people from the nearby villages had to build steps into the cliff to access the beach (otherwise it would have been only by boat like a few other beaches). It’s absolutely worth seeing although the beach is a bit small and feels strange with the cliffs immediately above.
